My family rents from this location when needed. They are always polite and professional, I'll recommend this location to friends and family.
Hitch shop refused to install hitch after appointment was made. Said out of time and it was 3pm. Manager of all people had the worst attitude basically saying I made the appointment incorrectly (by calling the toll free number and not the store but I did and it sent me to the region call center) and also saying she's done enough today and that she's leaving.
I sent this review and now it's mysteriously gone and now only good reviews. She'll demand that you be flexible with your appointment if she has had enough for the day so don't be in a pinch or rush there just to be turned away.
