I literally was expecting to have to wait days to get my phone fixed but it only took less than an hour. I highly recommend this place they are so kind and understanding. I don’t think Ive had better customer service like ever in my life. I am so grateful for the people that were able to fix my phone.

I took my phone in to be unlocked because I couldn't remember the security pattern on it. I chated with Samsung last night for about an hour and couldn't get it unlocked. After an hour of trying she told me to bring it to Ifbreakufix. Ivan was so nice and professional, he knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it. Ivan was so knowledgeable, I will definitely bring it back to him the next time I have problems. Thank you Ivan, you saved my sanity, I didn't know what I was going to do.

Good guys who give it to you straight. Decent prices considering they make barely 30 bucks on a Samsung screen install since it's serialized and they want replaced as a unit. (screen, digitizer, frame and battery) then run tests to ensite it works well (Samsung required) took just a few hours and definitely happy with the result. Worth it to repair a dead phone.

They are fast and reliable. My phone came out perfect and it was done when they said it would be.

Part was delayed by UPS as soon as it got there, they had my phone fixed that day. Also they our 25 to 50% lower on the charges

Mike knew what repairs were needed Trent knew what to do and was spot-on when I requested more help for my data repair. Really enjoyed Andrea's friendly demeanor. A great professional atmosphere in this place!

The employees were very kind to explain the asurion warranty so i could keep my phone and pay only a $29 deductible for a cracked screen vs paying $229 deductible to lose my phone and try and find an affordable one in todays market, paying the difference and activation of a new phone.

My son's IPhone wasn't charging properly so we took it toubreakifix. The gentleman at the counter greeted us politely and asked how he could help. I told him the problem and he cleaned out the charging port. After testing it to see if it was charging (it was) he sent us on our way and DIDN'T charge us! I will continue to use this company for our electronic needs!

Quick, excellent work, and it was cheap (with my insurance) to replace the screen on my phone. They were courteous and professional. If I need to fix it again, I won't take it anywhere else.

I came in to ask if they can fix my camera! Not only did they fix it in seconds, they didn’t charge me!

They talked me into paying an extra $120.00 for what they claimed was a better Retina display, but it malfunctioned the first weekly, with out being dropped. Would make right. Please don’t trust these people.

I brought my phone in to get my charging port fixed, was going to be $100. Instead of charging me for the part they cleaned out the peot for free and saved me $100. Absolutely wonderful service.

They are always friendly. I have used their service for quite some time now with any cell phone issues and never haveanyproblems. They always take their time to explicitly explain everything.

I use my phone for work allot. Right after I got to work the screen gave out. I stopped by the store and the guys were very helpful and got to work on it right away.
After about an hour I got my phone back and they gave me a run down of what happened and how they fixed it and the general condition of my phone. I highly recommend them for fast service and making a bad Monday get allot better.

I took my IPhone XR in yesterday because the charging port had stopped working. I assumed I would need a new port, or possibly a new phone, and was bracing myself for the estimate. The young man who helped me took the phone, cleaned the port, etc.and comes back to tell me it works just fine and only needed to be cleaned. I asked how much I owed him and he said, "nothing". Obviously they could have charged me to perform that service. I appreciate any business that empowers their front line staff to do the right thing. He didn't have to ask a manager for permission to not charge me and he could have said I need a new port and charged me for that as well. When I need an actual repair I will gladly take my phone back to this company.

Came in expecting to pay $100 to have my charging port replaced. He took 45sec, cleaned out the port and handed it back. Completely fixed for no charge. Thank you!

We've used this store a few times for phone and laptop repairs. Always helpful and friendly, and will take the time to explain what you need. Costs are provided up front and diagnostic fee was applied toward repair. Will continue to support this business!
