Went in to have the screen replaced on Samsung s7.tech broke the replacement screenthen tpld me i was going to be without my phone for 2 days.did not have a loaner phone either.fast forward 5 days after being jerked around for 5 days Asurion tells us to go to the Olathe location boom screen replaced within 2 hours but the want to know where the sim catd tray was.raymore store said they had no idea where it was. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION i would like to give no stars

This store no longer offers television repair. The technician I spoke with was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I had an appointment on 10/16 at 1 to have two phones with broken screens repaired. When I made the appointment I was told it would take 1 to 2 hours. I arrived at 1219 with only one phone to be fixed. After the lady checked the phone in she told me she probably wouldn't be finished with the phone until 4 or 430. She said there were five phones ahead of me. I was pretty shocked at this, since I am not from the area and had made the appointment in advance. I explained to her that we were not from there - but my daughter really wanted her phone fixed so we would attempt to find something to do for over 4 hours. She assured me she would try to get to it sooner. 4: 00 came around and we still had not heard from her. So we went and sat in front of the store to wait. 4: 30 came, no text, 5: 00 came no text. 5: 30 my daughter decided to go in and ask when the phone may be done. She told my daughter that she hadn't started it. That there were 3 phones ahead of her, and that she would try to get it done. Ok - so there were 5 phones ahead of us at 1230 (we had an appointment at 1) at 530 there were 3 phones ahead of us but somehow she was gonna do all 4 phones in 30 minutes before she closed? So at this point we had wasted the whole day so we waited until 550 right before they closed. The lobby at this point was full. When I walked in the lady looked at me and yelled across the lobby I haven't started on it yet. Just unbelievable. I don't understand why she couldn't have just told us when we got there that it wasn't going to happen. I don't understand why a company would take appointments if they mean nothing. I get places are shorthanded - but there is no excuse for taking on more than you can accomplish and putting your customers out like that. It was infuriating, and unprofessional.

I walked in at 1: 45pm on Saturday October 2nd. There was one lady working and she was rude as soon as i walked in. She told me “what” as soon as she saw me.and i told her what i needed done and even offered my own personal screen for her to use in repair. She responds with “i don’t fix with just glass screens, maybe comeback monday and someone else will”. She needs to be checked by upper management, can’t believe she works in that environment with such attitude, doesn’t take much to be friendly.

Can’t stand behind their product for more than 90 days? Seriously? Good thing apple can change them for free under a warranty claim. Employees were helpful but the screen couldn’t last over 90 days.

I dropped off an iPad to be repaired on 9/18. I was told that the location would be closed the following day, but that the repair would be completed by 9/20. After not hearing anything, I contacted the store on 9/21 via text (the phone number listed on the website is no longer valid and needs updated). The representative told me they had been short-staffed and he had to complete inventory, so the device would likely be done by Friday, 9/24. I went in to the location on 9/25 (one week after dropping it off) and was told that the device had not yet been touched, but that the representative would work on it that day. Upon calling in again today (9/27) I was again given excuses for why the device wasn't repaired. This time, they did not have the appropriate parts on hand to complete the repair. The quality of service from this company has gone downhill since a change of ownership to Asurion over the summer.

Update: Thanks. I called that number yesterday (an overseas call center) and we directed to submit a feedback form. I provided the same details I have in this review. If you are interested in resolving the issue, you know how to reach me.

Excellent experience. Only one guy working, but he still managed to help me out in a crunch. He fixed my phone within a very reasonable time frame, and did a great job with the repair. I will return to this company with future repair needs. Don't waste your time with other repair shops, they don't compare.

Horrible.
Been here 4 times asking them to order a pixel 4a charging port and they say they will and we come back and they still haven't order it. Would not recommend.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was not greeted when we walked in, instead 5 minutes later a man comes out and shouts “HELLO? ! HELLO? ! ”. Was then told they would not fix what they broke on the computer. Kyle threatened to call the cops if we didn’t leave and then ran to the back.
Took the computer to another repair shop and found that they hadn’t even reattached the screen. If I could give this a “0” rating I would. Unfortunately being told by several sources that the employees are treated like garbage was also disheartening.

I cannot recommend this particular Raymore, Mo location, or the company in general for not responding to damaging my phone during repairs. Thinking a battery install of a motorola Droid Turbo 2 would not be that invasive as my device would not hold a charge long. Turns out, the service tech did not seat the replaced battery in its proper slot before permanently warping the back phone case cover attempting to close it to the point of a gap remaining on the back of my phone. Additionally, the phone would not work with SOUND unless using the external speaker AND holding the gap end of the back case closed! Headquarters has not responded and the mgr of this location has done NOTHING. Proper agencies are being notified currently. Bottom corners of phone not closed!

Update 5/27/2021
Ubreakifix has responded with (false) their own version of what happened claiming the store's nest cam (video/audio) footage indicates I brought a damaged phone in and they didn't do it. They will not willingly provide this footage however for review. (Lot of this type of activity occurring lately, everywhere so be warned with this business if you must use them, & take preventative measures). I will have the necessary agencies release this footage. I've got nothing but time to pursue this. Stay tuned.

Update 6/5/2021
After quite the challenge with bringing this matter to fair closure, it has been resolved with district managers meeting with me, examining their work on (2) of my devices and making resolution. The managers did seem interested in making the customer happy and they came as close as their experience in the service industry allowed.

In closing, know that a repair is not like "new". If you are ok with that, fine. The rear case cover (s) remained opened, unsealed and gradually widened within weeks & caused one of the devices to not play audio from an improperly installed battery.

My daughter broke her IPad and the folks here at Ubreakifix were great. Got it fixed and back to brand new in less than 15 mins. Great customer service! Highly recommend this place if you have any issues with any of your electronics.

I was having charging issues on my phone and they helped me out pretty quickly and were kind. Appreciated the speedy help. Phone is charging fine now
