Yoshua was super helpful with my Xbox. I thought it was broken and it turns out that it was just the power supply so I bought a new one on Amazon and was on my merry way.
But he was so patient in explaining the very basic tech stuff to me (I am not an IT guy so, lord help me there).
If you guys have anything with a power button, take it to these guys and they'll fix it for cheaper than it is to replace it!

Technicians were extremely knowledgeable. Performed a quick diagnosis on my phone. Then explained everything they found and how to have these problems corrected. Plug in all night I would definitely recommend this location for any of your electronic problems. They will be my go-to place for everything from phones to computers to my iPad Etc
