Great place to find any kind of beauty products, including a huge selection of fragrance for women and men. The staff is always super helpful without being overbearing

The employees are always so helpful and polite. Aurea was extremely patient and friendly as she helped me find the best foundation for my skin. Highly recommend, will be returning

I visited this location on 10/4 at 5pm. There were four ladies standing at the door neither one greeted. The cashier Larissa greeted me by “Are you ready? ” I purchased my item and walked pass the same four to leave and neither of the four said anything as I exited. If this location didn’t carry my color in Nars. I would never return. I wish the Manchester location carried Nars. The employees there are so friendly.

I've been going to the Creve Coeur location since it's open but I started going to the Maplewood location first and I had been going there since they opened and I loved the atmosphere at the Maplewood location better. There was a really good stylist there and then she became the manager at the Creve Coeur location but she's no longer with Ulta and she was the only person who could get my hair right unfortunately I don't recommend the beauty salon at the Creve Coeur location. Maybe some people do but I have curly hair naturally and I'm multiracial and I guess they don't have experience with my type of hair Christina was awesome when she was there

I went for an eyebrow tint and received great service from Tori. Make an appointment and enjoy the experience.

Went in to get some new foundation, brow pencil and eyeliner. One of the associates color matched me with foundation. The only real complaint I have was the lack of testers for the liquid eyeliner. Otherwise store was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

I recently moved to the area and started shopping at ulta for the first time ever about two months ago. I think Tori for brows is great! Today an associate (I didn’t catch her name) was so helpful. I brought in old products and she helped me replace them. I was in a hurry and was very fast and polite. The cashier was Laura she really was great and provided great customer service skills. She was helpful and kind.

I love this store. Walk in and your greeted and asked if you need help and then THEY leave you ALONE. If u can't locate an item just ask. My daughter loves this location.

I came in on a Friday morning to get makeup. I have no idea what I'm doing. I haven't gotten color matched in 5 years. All four of the women I worked with were patient, kind, and so knowledgeable!

Torie is a REMARKABLE individual. HANDS DOWN! I look forward to and enjoy getting pampered by her each and every time. Did I forget to mention she's extremely professional and is very talented at what she does. I be all in the rear mirror and bathroom mirror.taking selfies etc once I leave her chair! My brows stays on point touched by Torie's hands! Please go check Torie out at Creve Coeur when you get a chance!

I walked in with to this store with no idea about anything and Kendra (I think that's her name? !) stuck with me through thick and thin untill we found that exact tinted moisturiser! 40 mins later I walked out after testing about 6 different products. She's the go to girl! Highly recommend her. ️

I love this location! Everyone is always so welcoming and pleasant as soon as you walk in the door. Very helpful. Knowledgeable. Enthusiastic. Outgoing. Products are always in stock and setup nicely. Store is clean and well kept.

Very friendly and knowledgeable! I got everything I needed without incident but they do have a LOT of products so do yourself a favor and make a list before you go!

I ordered a product, had the money taken from my bank account seconds later just for ultas website to tell me it didn't go through, yet they already took my money. I called customer service & had a very rude man tell me I was correct they had taken my money but still not processed my order & that there was nothing he would do about. I asked for a supervisor & have been on hold ever since. Absolutely never spending another dime on with these theifs.

I just went into Ulta to pick up a few things that I had in my cart from online my gift card at the time did not work but that was OK when I went into Ulta they took care of me and gave me a lot of free items as well thanks Tiffany and team you guys are doing a awesome job

Walked in Saturday and Sunday looking like a hot mess. Saturday the lady helping me seemed a little agitated and like she really didn’t want to spend the time helping me. I purchased a Clinique color correcting moisturizer and was told it would turn me orange, and it did. I returned it Sunday and when I went in, no one asked me if I needed help, I just walked around aimlessly. Like I know I didn’t have makeup on and my hair wasn’t done, but that’s not an excuse for poor customer service.

Super clean! Social distancing on another level, but super friendly service. I can they are smiling even with a mask. Love it!

I'am hair illiterate and i looked a Hot mess. Sydney, Autumn greeted me with warmth and great kindness. They were non judgmental. They were passionate about there profession helped any way they could. My children and I are african and we have coarse Coily hair which most stylist dont want to deal with Sydney and Autumn had no prejudice against working with our hair. I got the best hair products, stlying tips, they recommended. I also spoke with Tory over the phone and she was fantastic very professional and Informative. Kendra the manger spoke to me as if we were long lost bestfriend s reuniting.ulta beauty customer for life
