Sophia was extremely helpful with my 83 yr old mother. She was AWESOME and did a fantastic job finding her the right products.

This Ulta is the friendliest I have ever visited. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help answer any questions or recommend what you’re really looking for. The salon is the best! I was hesitant at first to book an appointment, but after my first visit, I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you for being welcoming and having a good attitude toward your customers. It is greatly appreciated!

I love this store. I have always had nothing but great experiences. I already know going into this store that it is a higher end store that carry’s pricier makeup but it is much better quality. They do have sections of makeup that aren’t as expensive, more “drugstore” makeup. But after using and trying so many different products over the years, I know that it IS worth it to pay more for better product. I cannot use cheap products anymore as the difference is completely noticeable. I, personally would so much rather pay more for pigmented, beautiful, smooth (not chalky) eyeshadow that will stay all day than to do my makeup for an hour and then an hour later it’s completely disappeared off of my face. I would rather use the proper products to clean, moisturize, and prime my face so I don’t have cakey makeup on top of dry flakey or oily skin. I would rather use good face products that won’t break me out, crease, oxidize and turn my face orange, or be the wrong shade. I use foundation to give me a clean, even slate. The staff here have always been helpful in helping me find exactly what I’m looking for or products that are dupes if the product I’m looking for is discontinued etc. I’ve always gotten my eyebrows done here. I have had wonderful experiences with Kaylee. I’ve only had one person do my eyebrows there that I wasn’t happy with, they pretty much gave my 90’s skinny eyebrows instead of following the shape of my eyebrows. But all in all, I get great products for good prices. I have always had great costumer service. The only problem I have every time I go there is that I could spend hours in there and spend so much money if I’m not careful lol. This is the only place I will go to buy makeup though aside from ordering online. Not to mention that it always smells so good in there?

We were never greeted when we walked in the store. There were at least 2 employees, we had to look around to find what we needed as we never were asked if we needed help. It's a real shame cuz we spent $$$. The products are great so we will be back hopefully this time we will get some help if needed.

My experience with Kim and the job she did was absolutely marvellous it was great it was awesome I love the color she did a great job. But my issue is when I called to make the appointment they told me it would not be over $120 if they needed extra stuff it wouldn't be over $120 it was $160 $40 more than what I had budgeted out to but again Kim did an awesome job

My girls and I had a lot of fun trying out makeup. I bought some amazing eye shadow. This eye shadow still looks amazing after 10 hours of wear. Definitely coming back for more.

This has been my go to place for all hair and skin care needs for quite some time. All the employees are super sweet and helpful and I've never had a bad experience all the years I've been! I also like how they allow you to return a product if it's not working out for you. I had someone with a really cool and unique name (currently blanking on it) who helped me with my skin care routine and I am super happy finally!

Sofia to the rescue with great customer service! Shopping at Ulta for the first time and looking for a particular item but didn’t know the brand name. Using only two clues I had (blue bottle and probiotic) Sofia knew immediately what we were after.

I was helped by a wonderful associate named Jane! She helped me find exactly what I wanted, and had wonderful suggestions! So happy I decided to shop at Ulta for my first trip, instead of making my normal trip to Sephora.

I buy all my products here and made a order within 2 hours my son picked it up by rolling the back window then coming home it was great.

I caution anyone going to receive hair coloring here from the beauticians. The techniques that are used will inevitably cause hair breakage. The cost and loss of hair is not worth it.
