9 ***2 weeks still NO RESPONSE from ANYONE*** Major breakage all around the crown****
I have left an urgent message at the corporate office, went into the store on Monday, and used the text line to submit a case. Unfortunately all of these requests have received no response. So this is my only option apparently.
I recently had a salon appointment at the Ulta in Poplar Bluff. Unfortunately my hair was damaged and the color request not followed. The stylist left the dye on much longer than she should have. My front is now damaged and hair breaking on top. She also got dye on the back of my anthro shirt. This appointment was a touch up from my initial appointment with a different stylist at an Ulta salon out of Colorado.
I did attempt to settle the issue with the GM of the store. She agreed to refund me, however the expense to repair my hair should not be my responsibility. The stylist at this salon shared with me that she is has the most experience as there has been high turn over due to mismanagement. She also expressed she was off for 2 weeks due to "burn out" and now only works 1 day a week. She was overbooked and struggling to manage her work load.
When addressing the situation with the GM, no apology was given, no validation of my concern and was quite flippant about the scenario. She did refund the service fee, however I have been quoted over 500 to fix my hair. I followed up on Monday with the newly hired salon manager and she gave me the information of a local stylist that may be able to assist me. She did validate the issue with my hair however no offer to compensate or cover this was offered. She stated she would partner with her DM and call me back. That has not happened.
I work as a DM and had a banquet to host on Tuesday. As you can imagine it is very important that I maintain a professional appearance. I am disappointed at the lack of follow-up from Ulta and would appreciate a response. I'm a good client and use your services often, but even if I were not as a human someone should care.
Took my son for a haircut, first online states 60 minutes with shampoo and conditioner, cut and blow dry. It took 5-8 minutes and we kept having to ask her to keep going. There was never a shampoo even offered. $47 is an absolute joke. Do not go in and use the manager, Chelsey because you will not be happy with the service and with her being the manager what can be done?
The staff here are amazing! They always find time to make my girls feel like the only ones in the store

Today was my first time in one of your stores. Everything looked great! I was inquiring about a haircut and a color/highlights. I talked to my Stylist, Taylor (Tailor). I was excited to be getting a new look for the first time in forever. We talked about what I wanted or thought I wanted. She talked me through everything and was very outgoing and very friendly. She wasn't at all shy, I instantly liked her.
Taylor (Tailor) was putting my information in for the appt as I noticed a young lady walking up to her. I could tell by her body language that something was wrong. She spoke to Taylor (Tailor) and I could hear what was going on. She was being scolded by a manager of some sort. And I thought, oh my gosh, did that lady just come over and scold my stylist right before my major experience? I can guarantee you, I did not appreciate it AT ALL.
So, then the mood kind of changed, with me anyway. My stylist was very professional with me even though I knew she had to be at least somewhat upset. It made me mad that someone just basically, tried to sabotage my freaking experience and I paid good money for this! The lady's name was Abbey I think. I can also guarantee that I would not appreciate if someone spoke to me in that manner, with a customer right there. It is very disrespectful! Shame on you Abbey!

What person would not absolutely love to store it!? The staff was so knowledgeable about the product, and friendly and supportive when I was looking for my lashes! WhileWhile some pricing may be a bit high, you are absolutely getting a quality product. I would recommend Ulta beauty to everyone I know for all of their beauty and self-care needs.
So very helpful. Every time I go here I am surprised by how nice the staff are and all of the choices offered.
This place exceeded my expectations. The staff there was just absolutely amazing and friendly. I was in there an hour and a half and still didn't want to leave after I paid for my stuff. They have everything to offer and it smells so good when you walk in.
