9I started deposit my first ever paycheck with UMB and still doing so. They kept my deposit safe and secure and whenever I need quick cash around KC just drop by local QT extremely convenient for me. If there is a ranking chart of banks in KC there is no questions UMB baby hahha.

I began my relationship with UMB due to a former employer that used them. I had such wonderful experiences cashing my checks there for 10 years I decided to open my own accounts for myself and my child; she is an adult now and also continues to bank with UMB. They have fast, friendly and efficient service and they tend to go the extra mile for their customers! I have tried the other big name banks and UMB is where it is at and has been for me and my family now for twenty years!
Independence Branch needs another window and updated atm.
Traffic gets crazy on 39th (especially Saturdays) because of lines of customer cars unable to get into parking lot from either direction.
Twice the atm has gone bonkers while making late night cash deposits from job. Both times were straightened out within a few days but stressful nonetheless. I think that atm is older than I am!
