Stay away! They have a new computer system with issues. As of 04/19/2023 I have waited over TWO WEEKS for replacement of both my Visa cards that were used fraudently, plus they have still not removed the fraudulent charges. I have been told twice the cards had been sent overnight, and still no cards. They do not return calls in the time frame they promise. I have been a customer in good standing for over a dozen years. Im a responsible retired person with income and good credit. You'd think they would value my business. I'll be moving everything to the other bank I use. This is exactly why it's NOT good to have just one bank.
