Have always loved the specials they have on cases of wine. Was excited to go there on Saturday to purchase a couple of bottles of wine. The guy working actually treated us like something on the bottom of his shoe. Probably won't go back. Didn't mean to disturb him by making a purchase.
Best place in KC for wine and spirits. Knowledgeable staff and great selection
Underdog is small, but mighty. The wine selection is impeccably curated, with something for everyone.
My Aussie Minnie says Underdog is a must stop on every walk, even when the store is closed (as in the photo). We like to get treats there. I make tasty cocktails with my treats. Minnie eats hers on premises. My wife says the wine tastings are fun and educational.
This wine merchant knows and tastes all the wine before it goes on his shelves. Used to work at Teller’s in Lawrence Kansas.
