My experience here was not so good. We lost our accountant of 10 years who moved out of state. We then had a bad experience with another accountant for a year who was recommended to us. After that I decided I needed to do research before choosing an accountant. I spoke with three different ones and was very specific of what I was looking for. I needed help cleaning up my quickbooks then maintaining it for me. I needed advice on what to do next with our business spending with Profit loss reports, possibly payroll in the future. Ect. All the basics. We are a small business of 3 employees and the First Lady who answered all my questions I never seen again but she assured me they do all this. We then had a meeting with three people. We once again explained the services we needed for a small business and was told they can do it all. However we then get started with Diane. It was ok at first. She started to clean up my quickbooks then tax season was starting to approach and this is when she emails me we need to get this quickbooks stuff wrapped up because she will be too busy to do anything with my account fir 4-5 months. That’s half a year! We discussed it. I told her I needed help all year long maintaining quickbooks, answering advise as I need it ect.she acted like they don’t do that and they don’t have time. She said she’ll talk to Dave but nothing further came about. I emailed again with a question and was now not getting a response. I emailed again two weeks later got a very short response back.it’s clear she don’t want my business. I asked about their billing too cause this was different then what I told too. Billing said it was an hourly rate but it all just still didn’t add up to the charges. I paid this any ways about the end of tax season. Thought maybe I’d hear back when they slowed down but no one has reached out to me to this day. As far as they know I should still be a customer but I guess I’m not. I have to say I’ve never experienced a business where I felt like they did not want my business. I’m a business owner and we are so grateful and thankful for all our customers. I believe this place has changed ownership or in the process and I see it going down hill when they do. They are probably ok for family tax returns but I felt the need to warn other business owners if your looking for a business accountant to do the very basics for you do not waste your time. If you need more then basics like financial advice and help with 401k like my last one did they definitely don’t have knowledge there. I have a lot of time and energy wasted with them and now looking for a new accountant and it sucks cause I’m so behind and need help so bad. As it’s stressing me out because of how they did us I just had to do a review to let others know. Business owners be ware.
