Union Eye Associates

I just wanted to share my experience with Union Eye Assoc.today. We have an elderly mother in a nursing home. She lost her glasses. She has been a long time patient of Union Eye Assoc. I called them hoping they would be able to replace her glasses without transporting her to the office. They blew us away with how accommodating they were. Not only did they find her old RX. They are able to make her a new pair in 24 hours. They researched her insurance and covered the new pair 100%. AND here is the shocking part.they are willing to drive to her nursing home. 20 min away and ensure that the glasses fit properly. In caring for our mother, my siblings and I have hit one huddle after another trying to meet her needs. This was the absolute easiest, most enjoyable experience we've ever encountered. Thank you for going above and beyond to help our family.

Everything was right on time - no waiting. Dr.and staff were friendly and explained everything.

Dr. Hill is very knowledgeable and his staff are very kind. My son has a thing about having his eyes touched and Dr. Hill has been great working with him for the last 6 years! All the front office people are always very helpful whether it’s in person or over the phone. I recommend anyone I know to go here:)

They do not pressure you into things that are not necessary and you actually feel like you are visiting a doctors office. They are extremely friendly and personable! Highly recommend them!

I found Union Eye Associates to be a state-of-the-art facility. All the workers and staff we're courteous and professional throughout my visit. I was able to accomplish my exam and select my glasses in a relatively short time. Everything about my visit was pleasant!

I like the way they listen to your concerns and they take the time to explain everything. They have more and more technology to keep your eyes in good health. Definitely recommend Union Eye Associates to all young and old. They have 3 Dr.s to meet your needs.

Dr. Crow and Dr. Hill are excellent eye doctors! Very kind and thorough. They do not rush and make you feel important. I will be back!

Doctor B was very professional, very conscientious and very concerned of my well being and understanding of the procedure. Both of the receptionist were very polite and very understanding of my situation. Rest assured you will be hard pressed to find another business that provides such professionalism and understanding nowadays. Union Eye Association is number one in my book!

I saw Dr. B.and she was great. Very good customer service from the entire staff. Very welcoming, friendly and informative. Dr. B took the time to make sure all questions were addressed, answered with understanding. Overall, great experience with some of the newest technology.

We love both Dr. Hill and Dr. Bagavandoss. They are both very professional and easy to talk to with any concerns we have. I highly recommend both of them for anyone looking for a great eye doctor!

I've been going to Union Eye Associates for over 20 years and have always had a great experience! Love the technicians and "young" Dr. Hill.

My exam was very thorough. Up front I was able to choose between pupil dilation or a photo process to examine my inner eyes and was told the latter had a $33 fee not covered by my insurance. I chose the photo process because I wanted to see my inner eyes, too.

I also found a pair of frames I liked but wanted to check other places. The tech made a note of those frames in case I return to Union Eye for my new glasses.

I called in a last minute appointment after my contact lense ripped in half and left me stranded in union city for the night. They were able to see me almost immediately. The entire staff was very friendly. Not one complaint from anyone even though I showed up without an appointment and was having insurance issues. The doctor was very professional and competent. Everyone in staff was quick, polite and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I was able to order a year's supply of contacts and a new pair of glasses while I was there. I wouldn't have made it home without them, cannot recommend them enough!

I stopped by and made an appointment for the next day. Wow, that’s fast! My appointment was with Dr. “B”. When I arrived, the assistant (forgive me, I forgot her name) went through what I was to expect and wrote down any questions or concerns I had. She was so pleasant. Dr. B was terrific. She was everything I expected in a Dr. She was Friendly, looked me in the eye, which made me feel like she was genuinely interested in what I had to say so she could treat my concerns effectively and she explained all the procedures, in language I understood, layman terms.
I actually thoroughly enjoyed my visit. They even repaired my current eye glasses while we was there! I would heartily recommend this eye doctor office!

Very nice staff along with a doctor who was personable and knowledgeable. Very good first impression and I will use the practice next time.
