This repair shop has the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. My car was repaired on my visit the very same day! I have complete confidence in the repairman and shop owners knowledge. I drove out of the parking lot and the loud annoying rubbing sound (rear wheel (s) bearings) were so worn it was frightening when manually moved when on jack. I will recommend Unique auto to anybody! They care!

Victor and his team have always done awesome work and care about you like you’re their own family members. They have always tried their best to help me in any accidents I have been in, or any other issues I’ve had with my car; as well as being the most affordable place you can go to! They always try their hardest to get my car back as quick as possible too which I appreciate more than they could know! I've needed help with diagnosing and repairing a failing power steering system, holes in my tires, and damaged/noisy muffler. Victor, Matt and Igor at Unique are Excellent when it comes to vehicle maintenance and body work. They are extremely knowledgeable and go above and beyond to meet individual customer needs. They are quick and costs are reasonable and fair.

I was recommended by a friend. And I’d go back anyday. We went over the best options for my transmission, looked at prices and got the job done good.

I broke my windshield, Victor was fast at getting it a new one put in and worked with our schedule. We really appreciated the great service and friendly smile.

Victor was absolutely amazing! Called him today and he said he could get me worked in! Had a bale bed just mounted to my truck and needed tail lights wired up! Took him less then a hour to have me back on the road. Very reliable, dependable and reasonable! Would highly suggest him.

I worked in automotive for 10 years and have had plenty of customers follow me around but sadly I left. Definitely the best mechanic shop in Missouri! Always willing to help and answer questions and they can get you in and out pretty quick! I've had several very large jobs done by Victor and his team and they've always done their best and they don't drain your wallet!

Went to multiple mechanics in Sedalia with my Mercedes cl 550 and the others could do nothing or weren’t honest with me about not knowing how to work on the car or wouldn’t even attempt because they were scared and I took it to unique automotive and in less than 3 hours my car was fixed and the customer service is amazing would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic in the Sedalia Missouri area

The only place I will go for body work on anything I own! Talk about going the extra mile for no reason they replaced a broken window that didn't have anything to do with the deer damage on the front end and told me not to worry about it! Thank you Victor

Unique Automotive has done work for my family several times over the past few years and we have always had an excellent experience. Victor is very skilled in the work he does as well as everyone that works there. He is quick to communicate and respond with any questions I had. They were able to get my car in and get it repaired quickly. When other shops in the area were telling me it would be over a month to even get it in, Unique Auto gave me a quote and had my car fixed and ready within a week! They do excellent work! The paint is flawless as well as the body work. Highly recommend!
