We moved to Chillicothe, MO in 2018. We knew absolutely nothing about the area and were referred to Laurie Hardie through my new employment. We had a newborn at the time and were trying to find housing from almost 1000 miles away, literally.

Laurie stayed in contact with us through phone calls, emails, and texts throughout the whole process. When we came to town, we had two days to find a home before leaving town to finish packing up for the move. Honestly, I cannot tell you the number of home we toured over the course of those two days, but it was a lot, and Laurie was patience with us and thoroughly explained each neighborhood we visited. We had to stop along the way so my wife could breastfeed our baby and do many diaper changes—again, Laurie was incredibly patience with us.

We did find a home and we signed a contract within those two days. Thus, we had to close from a distance. Again, Laurie and the United County Graham team were awesome! For closing Laurie did our final walkthrough by FaceTime. After closing, Laurie checked on the house until we arrived in town several weeks later. Sometime later we decided to embark on an home improvement adventure and Laurie connected us with a wonderful contractor to do the work.
