Song Korn showed up when scheduled, went right to work, explained what he needed to do to open drains, and did it!

Horrible service. My AC went out so I called in the evening. Had to page the on call tech twice and still never received a call back.

I had to fight tooth and nail to get anyone from the sales team to get back to me. While my warranty company was definitely an inconvenient hold up, I had to follow up 3-4 times over several days for an updated estimate and it took almost a month to get a new AC. They found a furnace issue while installing my AC and I have been waiting to hear back from them since August after emailing and calling several times.

Had new A/C installed in 2015 also had preventive maintenance program, each year they come out and check all the inside works in the ac and heating they do a great job,
Today Adam came out and did a super job, I want him out here next time, my capacitor was going out, the PM caught that at it was replaced, , Great Job United, thanks

DO NOT USE! We have been loyal customers for years and United even installed our new AC unit four years ago. However….

Our AC unit stopped working last Saturday. We had a tech come out Saturday and another on Tuesday and they both said different things. They filled the coolant Tuesday but it would only last 48 hours at the most. They said a part had to be ordered. I called every day to check that the part was ordered. Yesterday when the air went out again I called at 2: 00 and they would not send someone out again until today. I left a message for Joey, the service manager. No return call. We left our house because it was too hot.

A tech showed up at our house this morning when we were at a family’s house with air conditioning without a prior call.my husband tried to call Joey again, no return call. They told me yesterday when I asked that the part would not be in until Aug 1 and we were offered no other help or suggestions on what to do in the meantime. What has happened to this formerly reliable and upstanding company?

The communication and customer service have been very disappointing and we have called another company in to help us.

United deserves 6 stars. We are currently without AC, and we have an infant in the house. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that we are getting our AC back on, and keeping our little one safe. Thank you, United!

I have used United several times, the last of a long string of plumbers in my search for a good one. This time, the city water line broke, and United came asap to locate the break under the street for them, assuring me it was not my responsibility. They are prompt, reasonably priced, and very nice from office to repair person. Recommend!

Pony does maintenance on our boiler for our under floor heating system and does an excellent job *****. Always on time and very courteous.five stars for both of these men.

Technician did not come prepared. We indicated when the service call was set up that we needed a new filter for the air scrubber, and even gave the model number of the scrubber. The tech didn't have the filter on the truck and admitted that he had not looked at the notes for the call. He had to come back later that afternoon, so we had to be here most of the day waiting for the full call to be finished.

We have used United Heating and Plumbing for over 15 years and they have always been reasonably priced, responsive and professional.

I have been using this company for years and have been pleased. However, lately I have had to go to another company for plumbing issues as the wait to get plumbing services with them has not been prompt.

They installed HVAC. They come out twice a year to maintain the system. They also put in a new humidifier which they also maintain. The tech answers all of our questions.

We have used United since 2016 for our HVAC needs (we have 3 systems) and have found them to be consistently professional, reliable, and very responsive. Highly recommended.

United Heating & Cooling team did a outstanding job all the way from estimating the replacement of our HVAC system to the great job their team did when installing it. They are the tops in the business. Be sure to give them a call before you do business elsewhere.
