Very weird process just to drop off package. Glass in between you and the worker which makes the experience inconvenient and awkward. They are also on very limited weird hours

I would never recommend this mail, I left my package they told me that in two weeks it would arrive at its destination and a month has passed and it has not arrived because it has not yet left the same office where I left it and I wanted to pick it up yesterday and it turns out that it is closed at 2: 00 pm I don't understand what kind of mail is this that is in the Truman

Friday 11: 45 am to 1: 45 are the posted hours. However, the window never opened. I am extremely disappointed in the USPS, no wonder everyone is using FedEx

I out in for an individual mail change. I even underlined it. They changed the whole family. Smh apparently yall can't read.and by da comments posted they don't even gaf about they service or fixing it.definitely go somewhere else.

I have not gotten important mail that has been sent to me in over 6 weeks.trying to contact a REAL person is to no avail. I get small packages delivered, but can't deliver my regular mail? What's up with this? The mail delivery app where it shows you mail that's supposed to be delivered never comes! Unacceptable.

I don't understand how all my packages haven't been delivered to the Po box. When I inquire about my order a lot of frustrated CSR.

Why is this place only opened for a couple of hours? Why is the staff so rude? Biggest question of all why if there are so many complaints against this building, nothing has been done about it?

I just want to express my thanks to the young man behind the counter yesterday. He was very nice and polite and took care of my mothers needs. She is 92 and she cannot hear. This young man was very patient and kind and should be told what a great job he did. I wish I had taken the time to ask his name. Thank you. We were there on 8/5/20 around 12: 30.

Rude employee, and the hours are absolutely terrible! No wonder they are having so much trouble at USPS. I thought a business had to be open In order to actually conducted business to make a profit.
