The older woman with the white hair and glasses needs an attitude adjustment. Just because I’m bringing in packages that I need a receipt for doesn’t mean you start acting like what I’m doing is interrupting your work. It’s your job. I normally help myself to the self-serve kiosk, but this one time was in a rush out of the 20 times I go a month. Forgive me for going into the empty office.

The passport experience was easy, however I was told to bring a money order for all three fees and when I went up to the office they only accepted 1/3. If you all don't take Quiktrip money orders that is completely fine but not telling the customer after they called up in advance? Unacceptable. Now I have to get a refund and I WONT be getting my full $50. Highly disappointed in the customer service at this location. The attendant to help with my passport did wonderful and was understanding. I appreciated her patience with me while being the only team member at the register.

My review is in reference to getting my PASSPORT ****
Kay did an amazing job. She made the process enjoyable with her cheerful and kind personality. Although she was very very busy, she was very thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail and with patience. We ended up having only one question and she took the time to explain and answer it. BE KIND and PATIENT when you go. Understand that Kay, as well as all of the employees, do not make the prices, the policies or the procedures! Therefore if you have an issue or a complaint.take it up with the appropriate authorities.
A few helpful tips if you're getting a new passport or renewing your passport;
THEY TAKE YOUR ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE
1. It is mailed back to you first class. SEPARATE from your passport.
PAYMENTS accepted are
1. DEBIT CARD WITH A PIN # - YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE PIN NUMBER!
2. Money Order
3. Check
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE OR ID
BIRTH CERTIFICATE
FILLED OUT APPLICATION

THEY WILL MAKE COPIES FOR YOU

Needed to change business address. Tried for an hour online but USPS website is trash for commercial. Was forced to go to a building. Nooooo! Saw these abominable reviews. BUT all three workers at the front desk were professional, cheerful, and helpful! In and out in under 10 minutes. Thank you!

Been here a few times, staff has always been helpful and kind to me. Wait times can get steep when they are busy (to be expected) but all in all they are respectable of your time.

Make an appointment online to renew or get a passport.

Use the fillable form and then print to bring it in.

@Kay was awesome and with the correct paperwork filled out I was able to get in and out in 15 minutes (including expedited paperwork)

I've started shipping stuff from Facebook and clueless. The ladies working in here were soooo helpful to me and didn't give me grief for being in a foreign situation. Thank you guys for helping me out!

Extremely rude! I came into to find out if I am having my mail forwarded illegally and I'm treated like garbage. The old KAREN lady is just obscene. Even with proof of my change of address they tell me I'm lying.

WASTE OF TIME TO DEAL WITH.

*update 2/19 USPS has sent my package back to Spain after assuring me they would get it back. I’m blown away. I will be talking to corporate about this now too. Hopefully someone will care to have a little accountability and fix their mistakes.

I had a package shipped from overseas and this package required a signature. Blue Springs attempted 1 time to deliver and said I could pick up the package at Grain Valley on the following Monday. Monday comes and GV post office has no idea what I’m talking about. I call BSPO the assure me it is on a truck to GV and I can get it there on Tuesday morning. I come to pick up on Wednesday morning GV still had no idea what I am talking about. Turns out BSPO sent it back to sender (now mind you Usps protocol is to hold domestic packages for 15 days and international for 30. Not 1 I’m sorry, not 1 my mistake, absolute trash customer service. So my package is in Chicago and the may or may not be able to retrieve it. Zero accountability and zero class.

Thanks for dropping my mail in the snow the other day and just leaving it. On top of the certified letter that was delivered god know where and you all just shrugged it off. Still don’t have that letter.

Went in by appointment to apply for my passport. Every person working there seemed extremely unhappy. Granted, it’s the holidays and people can be very rude and I’m sure it’s not a very forgiving place to work at times. My issue is that if I’m being pleasant and polite, then I expect to be treated the same. Employees I had contact with complained about how busy they were to each other and other misc.complaints about random things. Just stuff that’s unprofessional to discuss in front of customers. Not normally one to complain or leave bad reviews, but I’m just getting tired of getting treated poorly by customer service everywhere, when I make every effort to be polite and respectful. Just my two cents.

USPS is trash. Avoid at ALL costs. Horrid customer service inside the store. Phone is always a busy tone. Lasy just throwing packages into the bins. Comedy for a place

We had a wonderful experience at this location. Kay was fantastic! My husband and son were applying for their passport. Little dude is only 7 months old and Kay set up a prop table to take his picture comfortably. She was sweet and efficient and explained everything so well. I highly recommend her when setting up an appointment! A smooth transition and the other lady at the desk was moving the line quickly. There’s also plenty of parking at this location, it’s clean it’s quiet and it’s fast.

This is the worst post office I have ever seen. They lose packages like nobody's business! Its ridiculous. Its a roll of the dice if your mail/packages ever show up!

THEY PUT MY ADDRESS AS VACANT.
Moved at my apt since September 2020. I picked up my mailbox key from the post office and constantly check my mail.
ALL OF THE SUDEN my bank calls me to make sure if my address was right. I confirmed. Then starting to realize there’s no more price chopper discount mails or any junk mails since May 2021.
Finally went to the post office and found out someone put my address as VACANT. Even my landlord was confused because my lease is not even up yet.
How? I DONT UNDERSTAND. Y’all better check on your mail people because APPARENTLY THIS AINT THE FIRST TIME OR AINT THE ONLY ADDRESS.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been trying to contact this facility for two days straight and no one has yet to answer. I’ve only been inside once and the service was trash. Every-time I call the line goes dead as if someone took the phone off the hook or simple is declined. I have a very simple question, I should not have to go through hell and high water just to get a response. Not suprised you have a 2 star rating.
