The worst post office ever, I've read multiple complaints about the same issues I have with my carrier and this post office. Customer service is horrible, the line is extremely too long; you wait in line for almost a hour to be told you have no mail. I have a couple of packages that say delivered but there is no package in my box and there's nothing at the post office. The supervisor at this post office needs supervising or something because this post office is running itself. I hate that I'm assigned to this post office!

I tried to purchase money order over $2000. I was planning to pay $2000 with cash and the rest on debit card. The lady said the max i could only buy $2000 money order. Either she was incompetent, didn't know what the heck she was doing or probably lazy didn't want to do it.

Terrible experience and no surprise given this particular post office's infamy in incompetent service or lack thereof. Went to get a package they say was delivered but wasn't. Instead they gave me three packages they said was lost a month ago. Definitely undeserving of even one star. There's lots of people here with the same issue.

Its been at least a month since I've received mail, I've filed 3 complaints and no one has contacted me, some of my mail is time sensitive and Im waiting for a check. This post office needs investigated. The times I did receive mail, part of being given to my neighbors even though my mail box is clearly marked.

For some reason even though I live between TWO post offices, I cannot get my mail delivered or picked up on time. When I have to go to this location, there's only one person working the front and the line is ALWAYS out the door.

Horrible. I have missed very important things. I have had to reschedule things again. I’ve missed important dates because I can’t get my mail. But I’m constantly receiving mail that is not mine. I have letter from my doctor and a return label that’s showing that I should have received last week and I haven’t received them. And the post office doesn’t seem to care about any of this. What will it take to get my mail on time

If I could give this review less than a one star I would. This location is the most unprofessional I’ve seen this far.

I haven't received mail since Last week! My new neighbor politely informed me that when the regular Carrier is gone, no one likes to deliver our mail. Basically they just Skip Over the route. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Now, I have to make a Personal Trip to Retrieve my Residential Mail? Where is this Ethical? ! Where is this Professional? ! Where is the Integrity? !

Service is slow beyond belief. Long wait lines and the lady is rude. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

I have complained several times about my mail and the carrier. This complaint goes as far as the conversation. The carrier is never focused because she is always on her phone. I don't receive my mail for days. I call no answer, and if they do answer they promise that the situation will be corrected. You call and no answer.

The older lady at the front desk really has some issues. She always in her attitude and so rude like someone force her to work there! Like even when it's not busy, she still bad

I went up there to see if there was any mail for me and my mom and the lady who was working was rude.i had some packages there and all she brought me was an envelope.smh

I’ve never in my life had an issue with forwarding my mail ever, even during the pandemic I got things forwarded in a timely manner. This is the first post office I ever encountered with bad service with no explanation to why it’s taking longer than 10 business days to receive my forwarded mail. They’ve put the blame on some mysterious entity holding my mail and them not being able to do anything about it because they have it. The rude unstable creature said it’s taking 3 weeks for mail to be forwarded. Well this is week three! Let’s hope it’s today probably not

My local spot. Never have to wait more than a few minutes, although lines can get long at certain points in the day. Knowledgeable staff in transporting some odd items in one experience.

Worst post office ever! The attitudes in there are high and the laziness is at an all time high. These people care nothing about your mail, the drivers aren't delivering the mail and the ones behind the counter can't do something as simple as getting keys made? I understand covid has hit us hard as a Nation but come on people who work at the post office. Its against the law to tamper with mail but yet this place gets away with it? And why are the lines always long here? One person at the counter with 20 or more bodies in a building during covid? Stop the madness
