Very lazy, refuses to deliver if there is even a minor inconvenience.

Once again displayed pure laziness. I don’t understand how hard it could possibly be to walk my mail to the door?

5 stars from me so far. They accept packages that the horrendous Festus branch denies for literally no reason other than laziness. I'm talking correct zip code, not over weight limit, correct size, valid label and ship date - things that are basically common sense everywhere other than Festus. Have dropped off stuff here rarely before too in the past and never had any issues.

I called about my package they said it would be here the mail person showed up an iguess bc it was cold they decided they couldn't get out of there truck and walk 25 feet to place the package at my door an clearly I was home I was parked in my driveway an they posted that they tried to deliver the package I will be calling in the morning that's just lazy an unprofessional

2 days of a weather delay on my package. I live in a suburban neighborhood and I even saw them drive on my street. Quit being lazy and get out of the vehicle

Old lady claiming to be post master didn't want to take our package because the label wasn't printed on this exact date. She also refused to wear her mask properly. Very rude and very unsanitary employee. The man that occasionally works there is very nice! Old lady with silver hair is stupid and rude.
