Pathetic service. Our mail, bills and important items have been delivered to the wrong address SEVERAL times.

Not often at all I go to the post office, but I had a pleasant experience while mailing a couple packages. The pricing on mailing packages is much cheaper usps than any other place there is. The young man and the young lady who helped me, were helpful, pleasant, and friendly. I can honestly say, unless the post office closes shop and everybody quits, I'll never walk in to a FedEx or UPS again. I'm starting to sound like the insurance commercial where adult kids act like their parents. Lol. I'm out

Our mail person will stuff (and I do mean STUFF) anything they can into our mailbox to avoid having to drop it off at the front door. Envelopes clearly marked “do not bend” shoved into the mailbox, bent in half. I order plants online, I had one box crammed into the mailbox, crushing the packages that were already in there. The box was sticking half out of the mailbox and during a rain storm, of course. We also regularly get our neighbors mail and vice versa.

Delivery driver always speeds through the neighborhood. Kids waking home from the bus doesn’t slow them down. Package too big? Don’t worry we will put an attempt delivery notice into your mailbox because your package is too big and we are not getting out of the car to walk 10 ft to your door.

Mail carrier has made up reasons to not deliver our mail since we had a Trump sign in our yard last November. Claims driveway is blocked when its not and then claims I am parked too close to the mailbox when there is enough room for the trash truck to pull in and dump our can. She obviously doesnt know how to drive even that little truck. The mail carrier behind b and b theaters is who should learn to drive.

Literally so lazy that the mail people will lie and say the customer requested packages to be held at the post office because they don't want to deliver. Completely inconvenient and ridiculous. I LITERALLY PAY SHIPPING COSTS FOR YOU TO DELIVER MAIL.

Friendly, fast, and helpful. We used this location for passport applications and they were very informative, helping us through the entire process.

Unreliable service. We have received packages months after they were to be delivered. They never can seem to get our address correct. This post office is a nightmare.

Our post carrier is horrible! They come when they want to, we get other neighbors mail all the time. The worst part is when I order a idea and it comes USPS no matter (size) or (fragile) markings they stuff it in the mail box! I’ve had two packages damaged, others bent in half and had to wait even longer just because I had to send it back.

I have had so many packages I drop off prepaid that just do not scan in! I understand around the holidays, but it’s mid March and my business relies on reliability. When packages aren’t scanned in with tracking for days or can’t get ahold of anyone, it’s extremely frustrating to say the least.

The most frustrating automated system there is, I just want my package that you said was delivered but was never there.

Once again, nothing in my mail box but my neighbors mail. I lost count how many times this happens. I wonder where my mail is. This is absolutely ridiculous!

If you live in an apartment, USPS will not deliver if the office is closed. They will not deliver it to your apartment door instead, which ends up making me wait a day or more if they try to deliver on Friday evening or Saturday when the apartment complex office is closed. UPS and Fedex will actually deliver to your door, and I wish online stores such as Amazon would deliver through them instead of USPS

USPS never delivers my packages to my house. Their excise every time is the location was not accessible.then I have to go to the post office and pick up my package. I live in a Rural area and on a gravel road, but FedEx and UPS have no trouble delivering packages. Terrible service by this post office. I pay for shipping but then have to drive to the post office to do their job of package delivery. Ridiculous.
