United States Postal Service reviews
15 The service is horrendous even for USPS standards. I ship everyday and spend thousands a year with USPS.
I don’t expect a pat on the back but I have never had an issue mailing packages before using this post office.
My daughter tried to drop stuff and the lady was rude and refused to take the packages that were already ready to go and just needed a scan.
The lady was rude and condescending towards my wife to the point my wife just uses the mail box there and refused to have them scanned in by the employees.
The worst run USPS ever!
Front desk help is generally one female who will help you but is not welcoming or friendly. Doesn't seem to like the job or dealing with people. I can still get what I need done. Just don't expect service with a smile.
This has to be the worst Post Office in St. Louis. I have used it for years and avoid it unless I’m pressed for time. It seems only one person works here, I actually dread coming because each time there is a new rule told to me by the lady who works here. How is it possible for her to work everyday all day? ! Please get someone else.
Avoid this location if you can, save yourself the frustration. The “lady” that works at this post office is rude, very slow and will ruin your day. She is very particular about where to place shipping labels and spends way too much time tearing people apart over this “issue”. I’ve asked other locations if it makes a difference where the label is placed and they assured me no it doesn’t. I stopped going to this location years ago even though it’s less than 5 mins from my house. Best decision ever! Traveling a few extra miles is definitely worth saving my inner peace because that “lady” has the worst attitude. I cannot believe she’s still there after seeing all these complaints.
I screwed up an address and sent a package to the right person, but wrong address. Whoever found the correct address to make sure my friend received her beautifully crafted vulgar mug after she had a long week, you are the real MVP.
The worst post office in all of St. Louis. I have been going here for over ten years and nine out of ten times I have an issue with mean ladies who work here. Today the lady was ordering me around and I asked her is she was getting a thrill out of it like she has some special power. I said to her this post office is terrible and she told me not to come back then. The nerve of these people.
This location is about as operated on the same level as a fast food restaurant. Staff is not knowledgeable on shipping alternatives or provide service in a timely and predictable manner. A complaint has been filed with the Postal Inspection Service.
My time here was quick because I just needed a book of stamps. The lady at counter was quick and very friendly. But problem I have is she allowed a customer to stay inside and fill out her cards instead of sitting in her car. This caused more people to stand outside in the cold then needed to be. I just ask that you don’t allow customers to stand inside filling out their stuff more then 5 min. Keep the line moving and people happy.
Terrible customer service skills from the lady behind the counter. I should’ve known better after reading the reviews. USPS sure doesn’t care either since there’s been similar reviews dating back for months. Highly suggest any other location or better yet, UPS.
Terrible customer service behind the counter, she was rude, bossy and tried to up-sell me something I didn't need, reform and streamlining can't come soon enough to this bloated, antiquated, waste of money.
The lady at the Counter called Linda, she is freaking rude I don’t know who hired her she doesn’t know how to talk to people
Ever time I go there she gives me hard time she has a mean attitude and isn’t helpful at all
I’m so upset
Was a great post office until the former (nice) lady clerk retired. Her replacement now is a mean and rude person. I generally mail 3-4 times a week so I cannot put up with the nasty treatment so it's worth my time to drive farther to the Bridgeton P. O.where I get good quality service.
Rude lady behind the counter. She wasnt very helpful, I dont think she knew much about shipping options. The lobby smelled like someone just got done smoking weed in it. First time and last time ill be going here. USPS is down the road and had better pricing with same delivery time.
The black lady at the front counter was extremely rude to everyone who came in the door! She wouldn’t even speak after she was spoken to!
