They don't deserve even 1 star. Very rude and not genuinely nice people. Got offended when I asked them to do their job: provide service about mailing. While I was there, another lady was judging with the person I had. Then proceeded to tell me that all the postal stickers I had, had to equal to $8, and told me to come back and give it back for them to ship. Never came back and had just went up to QuikTrip to put it in the mail. Should consider hiring people who love their job, take great excellence to helping people, and are able to be friendly. Horrible people, don’t waste your time.

Went here Saturday morning 06/24/2023 and the lady working was very rude to the elderly woman in front of me. She acted very annoyed and was giving the elderly lady dirty looks. I just turned around and left and will never return.

This place decided to close early and ignored a group of us in the lobby who were trying to drop off prepaid mail. Bare minimum expectation is to be open during the hours you have posted.

This Post office has efficient friendly clerks that went out of their way to fit my family passports in even though I did not have an appt. I will always drive out of my way to come to Cottleville PO

Packages not being transported timely by this facility. Will sit in cottleville for over a week before being delivered to St. Louis distribution

Changing my review. Initially I have it 5 stars, because they're so fast at getting you out. Now I realize why. If you don't tell them ahead of time, they won't explain your options for shipping speed and cost, she'll just run it through. I feel that their weight scale is very inaccurate as they've charged me $13 to ship a magazine domestically before. There have been times they've closed more than 10 minutes early for no reason. I find the UPS by Dierbergs to have more flexible hours, more staff, and more friendly and they usually aren't much more expensive.

Lady who worked at this location was very rude. Almost hit me with the mail turntable, didnt apologize. Then sat there and stared at me when I brought my boxes to the counter to be shipped. Only said something when another person walked in and was like oh can i help you to the other lady. I said I needed to ship some boxes, and she was like oh, and continued to sit there. She told me to put the boxes next to her computer since apparently she couldnt reach not even a foot away. Then complained when I set them down and one slid onto her keyboard because there wasnt enough room on the little counter. Then she asks if they are fragile and I said yes all of them are, and after scanning them angrily she proceeds to throw my boxes with valuable fragile items into the cart instead of setting them down, and had the audacity to say they would experience worse on the plane. Extremely unprofessional, horrible service.

Great hometown warmth welcoming feel when entering this post office. I love it! First time visiting this one and everyone at the desk was smiling and friendly. Extremely welcoming. I live in St Peters but will most definitely make the far out drive again to visit this post office!

Not the friendliest post office workers, and also make sure they scan your packages and you get a tracking receipt. I have had two packages shipped from this location go missing. Unfortunately I was not able to have any recourse because I didn’t follow my advice. Live and you learn.

I sent all of our wedding invites weeks ago and half of them weren’t delivered. It’s absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Make sure they weigh your packages correctly! If your packages require being weighed, apparently they don't understand that packages need to be weighed one at a time & not stacked on top of each other, DUHHH! Literally saw the person do this & both packages came out to be more than a pound, so I asked them to weigh them again, one at a time and they weighed under a pound. So if you have prepaid labels, don't just drop them off & leave, make sure they are weighed correctly so you are not charged more for your packages being "overweight". I recommend the St. Charles post office.

The brunette that is always working is so unfriendly and unprofessional I dread going into the office knowing she is working I really wish they would replace her with someone with a better attitude and more professionalism. Never even smiles! Always texting on her phone.
