5I'm at the nixa post office and the clerk at 4: 15 this afternoon and then clerk was very rude I was asking about my mail in my voting information. Postmaster general that clerk should not be behind your counter.
Phone is left on busy so they don’t have to deal with calls and won’t deliver my package that was supposed to be delivered earlier this week because of “no access” which makes 0 sense because there’s perfect access
Their driver can never deliver on time, packages are consistently late over the past 9 months.
Great place! Friendly amd Efficient Employees. I've never had a problem here in 10 years of bringing packages to them! I appreciate the hard work of the postal workers.
Had terrible customer service from the supervisor on duty 12/11/19. I was asking if they could track a package and was told by the female supervisor the package was no where in the system and spoke to me like I was a child. All I wanted was advise on who to call to help find it as it was lost. She told me she could not help me. As it turns out, it was in the system and arrived there at the post office a few hours later.
