United States Postal Service reviews
8The lady by the from just watch her phone without pay attention to the address and information, the put the wrong address and also she did ask me for a name on it. After I come back she just did pretty much the same just watching her phone and didn’t pay attention to me.
Went in for a quick drop off 5 mins before they closed and the lady DIDNT bite my head off, 5 stars from me
I was a little hesitant about going to this location after reading some of the other reviews. I was totally surprised to get some of the best customer service that I've received in a long time. Each clerk greeted me when I entered and Igot my PO Box without any problem.
I was taken care of quickly and she took the time to help me understand the different delivery services they offer.
I walked up to the counter after patiently waiting my turn and proceeded to ask Clerk 1 about overnighting my package, she proceeds to answer her phone call with her headphones and hands me a slip without acknowledging my question or guide me on the process. She walks away still on the phone and proceed to be gone for more than 15 minutes. I patiently wait for her to return since the other clerk had a long line out the door. I realized after 15 minutes she’s isn’t returning and asked clerk at the counter about the process politely, she literally screams at me about how I should’ve asked and I would’ve known if I did. She also screams that she works here and she’s not some random lady, if it wasn’t already obvious that she was in uniform and behind the counter. I’ve been to this location multiple times and has NEVER cause a problem or been a complicated customer. My transaction are always easy. The lack of mannerism is mind blowing. I’m never one to write a complaint, but other customers need to understand how rude these clerks can be even though it’s their job to service us. Clerks like these two make me realize it’s worth the extra drive to go somewhere else so you don’t have to deal with rude workers on their phone and constant arguing. I highly doubt there will be a change or if these ladies will lose their jobs. However, I write this to those who read it to please drive the extra mile to prevent encounters like this.
This is the worst post office! The women inside are very friendly and upbeat. However, they never have enough employees. Today is tax day and they had 1 employee at the front counter!
The two ladies working in this location are the meanest and rudest two in the whole post office. I wish I can go complain somewhere, but it’s the post office and the complain will not go anywhere. Hopefully trump will come back and cut their budget again!
