3This place is a joke. Took 2 weeks to get a flag posted just to end up getting a po box. I've filled out FIVE change of addresses for my husband and I, and we still only ever RARELY get packages or mail to our $90/year PO BOX. Theyve managed to lose 3 social security cards since ive moved here. My husband and I have 8-5 jobs so its impossible to get packages unless its between the hours of 8-11am on Saturday. Drivers refuse to deliver packages to doorstep. This place really needs to get their act together. Id rather pay more to ship fedex than use this USPS.
I had an issue with a delivery and Debbie, from the Dixon Post Office reached out to me! This is excellent customer service, not only did she go out of her way to reach out but she also explained why the issue had occurred. Thank you, Debbie!
I literally watched the delivery driver pull in my drive way about to get out with my box and drove back out and never came back. My small dog was outside sitting on the porch, not barking at him either. And it was my box in fact!
