United States Postal Service (Distribution Center), Kansas City MO

This morning on Jan 2/24 at 10: 30 am Everything went very smooth with unloading. But one person who looked like a shift manager came outside to the truck to tell me that I was unloaded and I quote “ It’s our policy to not let people like you stay here since 9/11”. So I asked what do you mean and he said “ we don’t let terrorist hangout here since 9/11”. Offcourse I talked to my company and the broker about the experience. But to Mr KKK you got lucky today. Thanks USPS great example set for professionalism.

Live 2hr away, package came from Ontario to Kc in 2 days, proceeds to sit at this place for 5 days now, with nothing I can do because Newegg wont allow orders to be canceled.

As a OTR Driver I find it unacceptable to have to wait to be unloaded for 3+ hrs not including the actual unloading part due to short staff. My guess is that employees refuse to work in inhumane conditions and I don't blame them at all, As I'm here waiting it is -4 degrees outside and there is no heat at all circulating throughout the building for employees to work comfortably and efficiently. Mostly all USPS locations have some sort of heating elements for the winter seasons at that loading docks. I'm not sure who dropped the ball with this one, But there lack of consideration and attentiveness effects is all. Please Do Better. And it sucks to say being black myself.but it seems like the black people here don't want to or like to work.the ghetto (nene voice).

Terrible service during the holidays. Absolutely pathetic takes forever just to get your packages out of the distribution. Priority or not they don’t care at all.

Have a package that was mailed literally from an hour away from Grain Valley MO. My package showed at this distribution center on Wednesday and now it's clear in NY and I'm in Parkville MO. Seriously do better the amount of misrouted mail and packages is alarming

Our package with important documents was delayed due to veterans day and the tracking number still said it was at this location, when it was actually laying in our mailbox the entire day. We were actually supposed to sign for the delivery because it is a sensitive document. Happy we at least got it and they didn't loose it lol.

My appointment time is 10: 30 am. I show up at 4: 30am and they unloading for me. It’s very fast uploading. Nice people.

I’d give zero stars if I could theses dimwits delayed my very important package if I could I’d give -5 stars my package is two days late because of these useless maggots

This place is best. Appointment was 10: 00 came 8: 00 am straight on dock and unload in few minutes

Call the number they have listed, wait until you hear the fraud department option and tell them you want to file a complaint about this facility.

I run a small business and do 90% of my shipping through USPS. I’ve had two packages in the last week that I’ve sent out and they never left this place. One actually said it was close to the city of its destination, but upon calling that local post office the manager told me it never arrived on the tote that was sent from this facility to theirs. Is this a coincidence? How do two packages go missing? This is a couple hundred dollars worth of goods that were “lost. ”

Where's my package it's been stuck in this location for already for 3 days by the reviews I hope you guys don't lose my package its important from the irs I been waiting on this for so long I hope u guys keep it moving then ya close sat too cheap local place and I thought reading pa was bad but we don't have post office like this.

So far in April 2023, this distribution center has managed to miss-scan three packages, so they’ve bounced in and out of here several times. Utter incompetence runs rampant here.

I don't know how this is a usps distribution center.lost very important documents and don't care.was thinking it should be federal regulated but Mail gets lost all the time n no one cares.

Workers are stealing our important documents and items. And the owner doesn’t care one bit.

I wish I can give negative 100. They lost important priority mail, which was moving on time until it arrived at this black hole. I will be calling the IG as they lost sensitive mail that can cause personal hardship. Time to close this place or fire everyone in it.
