I went to inquire about a local packet I had sent that wasn't delivered after 11 days. The employee was rude from the minute I said hello. She was committed to not answering my questions. I really just wanted to figure out what to do about missing mail, and she was full blown attacking me. I had to insist several times for her to even give me helpful information. Go somewhere else.

Adequate if you happen to show up when they feel like working. Went at 12 one day and it was closed for 'lunch', came back at 1: 30, still closed. Came back the next day at 2 and closed. Came back the next day at 1 and it was locked but a lady was leaving. All she said was "we're closed the rest of the day". Seems to be a dice roll of when they are working. Save yourself a hassle and go somewhere else.

If you need to receive mail quickly or if you need to send something correctly, use another postal office. This location moves at its own pace - which is not at the pace of the clients it serves - and the clerk unilaterally decides when you will receive your mail. There is no supervisor at this location and only one clerk, and you have to catch her on a good day or you won’t get your mail. Don’t bother visiting between the hours of 11: 30am - 2pm because no one is regularly there during those times. Mail service should not be this arbitrary but somehow the customer service at this location has become acceptable to USPS.

I have only been here one time (South Grand). The clerk was very helpful. It was like she was psychic. I needed a money order and mail a letter. She anticipated my every question and need. Just really good service. Very friendly.

* Hours are bad. They close at 4pm! They are closed on Saturdays! We really deserve a post office that is accessible. I don't have a car, I can't drive to others. This is a city. We need locations on bus lines and have hours that meet the needs of the people.

This location is extremely void of management and customer service. Doors closed intermittently for 'out to lunch. ' I get it, everyone needs a break, but lunch time is also when customers come to use the postal service while they're on leave from work. Mail comes from the sister location to fill PO boxes only when convenient for them. Do not attempt to use these for any sort of business.

My GOD.the lady behind the counter was so freaking rude.for no reason either? ! I was extra nice, i smiled, and started with, “good afternoon” and all that, but nope
i asked her if i could purchase insurance on something i was mailing (literally my dead mom’s pressed FUNERAL flowers, so kind of important), and she goes, “well you’ll have to tear off that label and start over” and i was like, “this is label the etsy seller sent me? ” and she goes, “well then no insurance for you. ” aiiiiiighhhtttt?
i then wanted to double check it didn’t require postage and she goes, “did you even read the label before you came in here? No it does NOT require postage”
like OKAY? Calm down it’s not that serious? !
anyway, had to come on reviews and warn you guys to bring your fighting spirit and thicken your skin if you go to this USPS!

If I could give negative stars or zero stars, I would. By far the rudest and most unprofessional experience in any customer service space. The woman with dreads working the counter started arguing with me that I didn’t or couldn’t read and understand the directions. My chip card malfunctioned and it said to swipe. She was yelling over me explaining that it said to swipe insisting that it did not. The machine absolutely said to swipe because chip malfunction but she continued yelling at me about “not admitting I’m wrong” as I walked out the door after paying. She was so unprofessional and rude.

Lady at the counter is professional and courteous, she services an entire office by herself and tries to make the shipping process quick and easy. In the past I've seen people give her lip and she's always kept her cool. I like coming here not just because of the distance but because of the service.

I went to buy postage stamps the other day and expected the employee to be racist and rude, but she was kind, sweet, and showed me her favorite postage stamps! They are vibrant and pretty, and it's what everything looks like underneath the microscope!

I'd recommend it on a Tuesday.
Also as far as I know, there are two ladies working there, and I've met the nice one.

The woman behind the counter is so rude… that is unless you’re African American, then you’re treated like royalty. Her BLATANT racism and Rudeness is astonishing. I found myself needing to go to usps and this was the closest. Don’t. Go. Here. Unless you’re black.

1.28.23 The woman that works at this USPS is not only rude but kinda racist. As I stood in line, she was very rude to an. Asian man, an older white woman but was EXCEPTIONALLY kind to the African American woman in front of me, and tested me like garbage. When I asked her if the mail had already gone out for the day she snarled and barked “Mail goes out everyday” and from there it escalated until she tried calling me the racist because she didn’t answer my question the way I wanted her to. Which she didn’t. I’ll go out of my way to go to another USPS.

Good luck trying to report her to someone at USPS.

Wow, I didn’t even have to scroll to see that many others have had the same experience I just did! Wish I would have read these beforehand… but I hope this saves you from making a trip to this store. The female clerk was indeed one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. The return label dictated that I had to use USPS for this transaction, but if you have a choice you should use the FedEx up the street — they have the nicest employees that are happy to help you ship anything you need.

Had two packages. Both apparently attempted to be delivered at 9: 25 last night but was unable to do to "an animal". My wife and I were both home and near the front door where our living room is. The delivery person simply just did not attempt this and now I'm supposed to apparently pick up my packages at a post office that is closed and will be for the duration of the weekend. Thanks a lot.

Postal worker was extremely rude, she can't change my home address because they didn't train her to change address in the system & this old lady can't tell the difference between a regular ID & a driver license & she always running to the back & leave customer.

I wish who ever incharge can look in to this

Was a little intimidated reading the reviews but this branch is better than fine. The lady that helped me was friendly and even corrected the way I addressed my letter to make sure it arrived correctly. Great experience.

I’ve tried going to this post office three times - two of them I was met with an “out to lunch, will be back at 1: 30” sign. I was there at 11: 55-12 on both occasions. Im sorry but a 1.5 hour lunch break seems super excessive, especially if it happens daily, and it’s not noted anywhere on their official hours. This post office is very inaccessible, as other reviewers have commented.

This location is always my last choice due to rude and unpleasant staff, which is usually just one lady with blonde locs.
