10Service is excellent only thing wrong is the size for the area they cover and parking is very limited.
I usually use the self serve kiosk, so it's usually in and out for me. But I go there almost daily and there is always no where to park, but I see the same vehicles there taking up the same spots so I'm pretty certain the employees are taking up the few parking spaces we have. There are usually no customers inside so it's pretty obvious. Not cool, do better!
There are literally only 7 customer parking spots here, you're dang right I'll wait up at the front while my friend brings her mail. Not sorry about not wanting to wait for someone to move.
The man that helped us get a po Box was so amazing. He was super nice and very helpful. What a great guy.
On April 17th, I received a letter from the post office stating that my enclosed item was either found loose in the mail or damaged during handling by the Postal Service. Fortunately, I had kept my receipt from the 14200 E. 32nd st Location in Independence, MO. On April 28th, I went to the Truman branch and requested to resend my document that had been returned due to the damage. However, Jeff, the supervisor, not only refused to assist me but also showed disrespect by leaving in the middle of our conversation. Despite my efforts to obtain information on who he reported to, he refused to disclose any details. I am grateful to Teresa, an employee who overheard Jeff's disrespectful behavior and stepped in to help me. Overall, Jeff was willing to be confrontational and condescending over a $5.00 matter. Therefore, I strongly believe that Jeff should be fired immediately, and I appreciate Teresa's assistance during this ordeal. I would appreciate hearing back from Jeff's manager. Thank you
Yes this office is busy and the parking can be challenging. With that being said - the staff here is top notch. Today wasn't my first visit here - but my interaction with the clerk Fred at the office was so pleasant and he was kind/funny. Everyone has a positive attitude and that's what really counts.
Can’t never get my Mail through the week cause u close way to early it’s ridiculous! Change your hours jeez
Blown away! We ship a lot of packages for our business and can’t say enough great things about the experience and service we have received! ’ Teresa is amazing and works very hard!
For starters, the front desk service is great. I have always found the staff personable and helpful, and they don’t give me any grief about helping with taping or stapling packages. The shipping materials they have are reasonably priced.
Downsides: parking is pretty limited, and many people have to park on the street. There is almost always a line. Worst: the place is locked up at night if you want to buy stamps or use the automated postal machine.
Won’t deliver my mail saying my address isn’t real but it is and they stop at my neighbors house
