United States Postal Service reviews
12Wish I could them a lower rating, but these people here at this location are very incompetent. Customer service? Throw that out the window. All I will say to keep it short and simple, they lack the knowledge of their jobs to be able to provide to customers. Added bonus, the simple reading skills and comprehension of the meaning “DO NOT BEND”
This facility’s floors remain constantly embedded with soil. The staff while mostly nice and professional has a couple that could be more friendly (smile)
Won't even answer simple calls so I had to drive up there to figure out what's going on with a package.
Probably the worst post office in the Metro, always nitpicking and arguing over nothing and usually in the wrong. Frequent mix-ups with deliveries. And to top it off probably some of the worst cashiers of all the local locations. An absolute shining beacon of government waste.
Really thank them, today is Saturday, the sender wrote my address wrong, he helped me find it and delivered it to my home, thank you very much!
I lived in Grandview for 4 years. Mail carriers were always friendly and waved. Never had a problem going into the building for sending packages. Mail forwarding was always easy. I have always found them easy to work with.
I’ve had several packages in the last 7 months that they say they left notices for but when I tried to retrieve it at said post office, they could never locate them. I’ve had packages dropped off on my doorstep that required a signature and they never knocked. My last incident was 5/20, when I received a federally issued work computer and they just left it outside my door, although it should’ve went back to the main hub if no one answered. A complete headache and waste of time.
I came to this location to renew my passport on March 20th at 1: 45. I gave them my information and told the lady I was talking to that I would like to have my passport expedited. She told me, "oh, honey no! Save your money! You don't need to do that. " So I believed her and did not expedite. But now, here I am 14 days till my trip and my passport status still says in process. I may miss my trip because of this. I am very angry and very upset. I know this does not help my situation, but I am loosing my mind over trying to figure out if I will get my passport on time, and I don't want anyone else to go through this. Please never tell anyone not to expedite again, and if she does, expedite anyway.
Hands down the worst post office in south KC. Just drive 5 minutes to Belton and save your time. The amount of money this place has cost me in the past year is astounding. Ship five packages out and I guarantee you they will lose bare minimum one of them. Along with the misdelieveries there’s zero accountability at this office. You’re gonna get a whole lot of “I’ll talk to the carrier”. Shocker, the carrier doesn’t know anything.
Get a postal inspector in that place asap.
The service was great as we got our passport photos and money orders and sent them off for our passports.
This post office refuses to deliver mail if your dog is outside, in a fenced in yard that they have never gotten out of, only thing the dogs do is bark and jump up around the fence line, if you don't like dogs being a postal carrier is not for you.
Just look at the city.just like it this place is trash.go to a different post office. I live in this town (to save money) because I have to not because I want to. Any of the surrounding east, west, and south cities will be MUCH more help than this place.good luck, if you've ever been to the dmv here just imagine that but in the post office.
