I went to pay Dennis bike insurance and pay his bike payment he gave me the money so I could pay them for him

Stopped in here a couple times and have always been treated kindly. Ordered chicks through the mail and they were very prompt to call me for pickup when they received them.

I called Jenny at the Richmond MO office and ask about and International shipment and she said come on down and we will help you. The package weight was 30 pounds. I backed up to the curb, went in and Jesse went to worked. He went to the car and brought the package in 'Jenny helped me with the paper work.they made my day. Best service I 've every had at a post office. All the time they were helping a steady stream of customers.

The carrier left my package down on the road laying by my mailbox which is a good 150 feet from my house. My neighbor saw it, but by the time I got home it was gone. It had my dad’s birthday present in it!

Service is pretty poor, often don’t get any mail mondays, this week we didn’t get any Tuesday or Wednesday, think there to lazy to stop, cause I seen them go past

Honestly, after my package was supposed to be delivered at my apartment (by mistake) and not in my PO box, they just left it by the door of the building, which was probably taken by anybody, they could not at least leave it by the apartment which was clearly marked in the package.

Horrible service! Lazy carriers and liers! Mail missing even though it was on my infomed delivery but yet it never made it to my mail box? Hhmmm whats really going on at this post office?
