Carrier went out of their way to hide package for me it was expensive and days before Xmas they could have left it and walked away but they hid it and well I walked by it twice so solid job

The worst postsl service ever they never deliver your packages on time they have big pallets of packages just sitting there they dont sort like they should thats why customers get there packages so late and never on time

Always having to call the office to find my packages that say delivered. Always receiving other people mail. Supervisor also stated on the phone that the mailbox where I live are hard to make out the numbers on the back where they are placing our mail! But cannot fix it? Terrible!

They mark: We could not access the delivery location to deliver your package at 9: 28 am on October 1,2023 in SEDALIA, MO 65301. We will redeliver on the next delivery day. No action needed.

It’s happening all the time for Sunday delivery from Amazon. We have cameras and driver never stopped to attempt deliveries. A lot of lies. Lazy to do their job.

All I have to say about this place is it’s unstable negative and insecure staff immature and selfish people these ppl need God and waiting on my heart monitor that was sent, but rejected because these unthoughtful ppl have no respect for the community

My daughter sent me a stereo and speakers for a late Fathers Day gift. It arrived at Sedalia post office according to tracker but post office says it's not there, PO closed ticket after less than a week.beware. A Whole Stereo and Speakers just Gone. Suspicious

Unable to get in contact with post office. All I get is a 5 min recording that does not answer my problem

I came down from Texas and I ordered a package and my sister's schnauzer dog was out side and they said that there was animal interference because of that. So we called and it said that the package would be here the next day and the lady didn't even attempt to deliver the package, she just drove right past the house. And said we would have to wait three more days even though they said it would be here the next day. We spent 2 hours on the phone just for them to tell us that if we want our package we would have to go get the package from the office our selfs.

They lost my driver's license and took zero responsibility nor did they offer any solution. Now I have to try to get back to the DMV after work so they can file a claim and issue a new one.
