Made my friend wait 7 hours just to relocate his shoulder and literally were making fun of him for being anxious

HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER! Don't ask them any questions! They have done nothing but throw attitude and give me the run around. They even lied to me and told me they paged her Dr so I could talk to him and when he came in to get signature from mom he told me he never got any pages!
They haven't ordered my mind boyfriend ANYTHING to eat last night OR today! And when I try to formulate a conversation with Amy if them they have had nothing but sorry hateful distasteful attitude filled answers!
IF YOU HAVE CARDIAC ISSUES AND GET A CHOICE OF A HOSPITAL TO GO TO, DO NOT PICK THIS ONE horrible horrible horrible

Excellent place to be if you need great medical care. Covid is killer, but through Mu Health God is a miracle worker

Dr. Papageorgiou from this hospital is very unprofessional. He showed up 1 hour late and no apology whatsoever. He thinks his time is so precious and does not care about his patients waiting for long period of time which resulted to my daughter left alone in school. I went 3 times to the receptionist, but no result. The first consultation with my wife was terrible and it is about my wife medical history. He won't be my wife oncologst anymore. Worst unprofessional doctor!

The entire staff went above and beyond! I came into the ER a very sick woman and if it wasn't for the nurses, doctors quick help, I would not be here to write this. The staff on 4W were quick to assist me and made sure I was comfortable, the nicest bunch of people. The teams of doctors were on top of every aspect of my needs and I came in on a Wednesday and walked out a new person on Saturday! Thank you to every single staff member, I'm in awe of your care!

Only redeeming quality is the Essentials Cafe, which is delightful. The hospital is mismanaged, and severely understaffed in every department.

They make their patients wait for unusually long times, the staff acted like they were irritated that I was there & then when I said I was gonna leave because the wait was ridiculous- they hurried then to get me out. They don’t care about their patients. Just a bunch of college kids wanting to make money.

Great experience from the doctors and nurses. The only complaint I have is that the tech working the front desk was an absolute troll. Also her friend was talking about me in the hallway outside my room in a way I could hear. The techs here are far from professional and need to work on situational awareness as well as kindness

This hospital is staffed by immateur, unprofessional, souless, authoritarian tyrants who put their patients in mortal danger because of it! Lawsuits (plural) inbound. Score = -100

Twice I've given the University credit for saving my life, the first time was 18 years ago for a misdiagnosed appendix a d the last time for cancerous treatments.

I put a 1 because of the front desk staff. In the er they are ignorant and obtuse. I was in there around 2 and ahalf hrs in the back of the er in an exam room and still no x ray and I left. Yes I walked out. I am in more pain now than when I went. IF YOUR NOT LIFE, LIMB, EYESIGHT, The way the staff treated was less than caring. OBTUSE. LIKE Because you look street, your making things up or just a general not really caring.

Terrible place staff is unpredictable and a un knowledgeable of nursing and actually helping people

I have been treated badly at university hospital and in the clinic. My last doctor actually lied in her notes about me.

After several days of trying to get correct answers to my partner and my questions, and receiving conflicting responses after several phone calls; We are right now waiting to get a CT scan for over 2 1/2 hours. We have watched eight people go through, after being told to come on in.
Get it together you all.

My son was in the er yesterday. We were there for 7 hours. They came in right away and then didn’t come back until over 4 hours to check on him. Dr.never did come back. He should have been out way before then. I should have never agreed to have him sent there.

Things seem to be working more fluidly! The only issue is the ER it’s starting to feel so uncomfortable and unsafe!

I was in a bad way when I got here and all my ruddiness was uncalled for the staff was only trying to help me THANK TO THEM I FEELING BETTER.

I wish they realized when a husband has surgery the wife should be able to stay in the hotel until he's released
