Best place around to get your pet need supplies, hands down. Some things may ne cheaper online but if you pet needs something they probably have it on a shelf or will order it.

They always have stuff that petco doesn't have. Very cost effective for my dogs medicine.

I ordered cat and rabies vaccines and paid $39 for overnight cold pack shipping. The package arrived the next morning but was just a flat bubble wrap envelope with one cold pack inside which had melted. They did not use a Styrofoam container like the other Pet Supply companies use. When I held the vaccine vials to my inner arm they were cool to warm. The company refunded the cost of the vaccine but would not refund the $39 overnight insulated shipping charge. I now have to re-order the vaccines from a different company that does use Styrofoam cold packs but at my expense. Very poor customer service.
