7I had no problems with packages being delivered to my house but a few months back they stopped delivering to my house and would leave the packages by the road. I have a long driveway so they're forcing me to walk all the way to the mailbox to retrieve my package. When we confronted them about it, they said the bridge to our house is impassable (accordingto their notes). Which is funny because nothing has changed on our road and I saw that someone else has had the same note for their address. UPS, you might want to look into who is delivering to these houses and talk to them as to why they put that in the system when it's not true.
Delivery of 3 products was supposed to be at my home today he delivered two and said could not find the other one and just left did state its in there somewhere.
Sad excuse for being lazy.
The UPS representative said they have refrigerator service for medical shipments. Got to the store and they said no we don't.
If you need to ship a package ship. Ship it UPS.that's how you know you're going to get it on time.
UPS is a sad excuse for a company of any kind.they give you a phone number and the recording asks if you wish to speak to a REAL person, but they never intend to connect anyone with a real person. There is no accountability with this company. I was sitting in my livingroom when the UPS truck driver came up to the door. They did NOT knock. Instead, they chose to leave a sticker, "sorry we missed you". WHAT! And now I have to wait 3 more days for them to make another feeble attempt, with no alternatives. UPS is a ZERO company.
Friendly staff, however. I called days in advance and requested my items to not leave the facility (as I wouldn't be home to get them) and I just barely made it in time to the depot before they tried delivering them again (which would've cost me 2 hours of driving)
They will not deliver to my house. They say the road is impassable! I go in and out every day. They used to deliver, but now the new driver just doesn’t want to deliver to my house. The road has not changed. They have left packages by a highway and in the middle of a road!
