9 Bad experience, I waited for a package that never arrived.
I tried to contact UPS
Only a recording machine answers me, I registered to UPS.
It won't let me look for more information about the tracking number. I'm losing $$$
And time and I think oops ba having to answer for my loss of$$$.
They don’t deliver packages on time or give me a specific time and date they just say they’ll deliver on certain day until 9pm or so, then they say it’s out for delivery and nothing comes, and when we call it’s a machine that answers, this has happened for almost 2 months now, I don’t recommended ups
When you have a problem, UPS is unable to solve it. It is impossible to get a human, who could solve the problem in seconds. They don’t trust their customers to know when they need to speak to a human. Their UI/UX on their web site does not allow you to login! It forces me to sign up, then tells me that I’m already signed up. Whoever programmed it needs to get another job! Then when you can’t use it, you can’t call anyone because their AI won’t let you talk to a human. Worst customer experience ever.
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tablet from Verizon it was delivered to Hollister MO UPS location instead of Branson West location. Long "story" short. I went to get from the Hollister location at the end of the day @ 5 so I could pick it up instead of waiting for it to be delivered to my residence & the driver Chris made sure he got it too me as I arrived @ the Hollister location. (UPS Location) It was the end of the day & he was getting ready to end his shift & I just want to give Chris a SHOUT OUT & say - THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY DAY by getting it too me as I got there. I wasn't even there 10 min. THANK YOU! YOU ARE AWESOME & AMAZING CHRIS! THANK YOU!
"I had the worst experience with UPS. They claimed they came to my house, but I was there the whole time, and there was no delivery attempt. I even went to their location twice to pick up my package, and both times, they told me the driver was still out. It's incredibly disappointing and inconvenient when a company can't get a simple delivery right. I'll definitely be looking for alternative shipping options in the future. "
Package looks like been trying to steal. I hate this carrier. I have a bad experience of them deliver guy stole my package.
Waiting on my books for school and UPS in Hollister Mo says my address doesn't exist. UPS is up and down are road at least once a day. They actually state that the street doesn't exist.
Driver flat out lied, have video to prove and have not received my 2 day air, ordered 6 days ago! Customer center in Hollister ignored main office!
Please. Do Not believe the ladies at CVS in Branson when they tell your driver " there's no package for them'. There is.i have one sitting there for days
