UPS Customer Center, Springfield MO

Supposed to call me back in an hour didn't call back it's been 5 hours the driver rang my door bell then walked away my daughter yelled he looked at her and kept walking got in his truck and left with my package

I want to say, as an out-of-towner, i received the best service from this location. I am staying at an AirBnB for the holidays and my package was due to be delivered after i checked out. Jaden at this location went above and beyond to save us from losing the package. He located it after being loaded into a truck for ground delivery, and held for pickup. I can not be more grateful for the service that was given. THANK YOU, JADEN, FOR THE NEW YEAR'S MIRACLE!

Have repeatedly given them coordinates and my address and they cannot and will not deliver to my address. They will deliver my packages to random towns outside of Mt Vernon. How is it that every other shipping carrier can deliver to my house, as well as actually has customer service, but not UPS?

You have to go out of your way to have a service set up so badly. Beyond frustrated

Provided authorized release through the app provided gate code through the app. Still get marked not available because my apartment is a gated community. Give the code and have a call box at the gate but never get package on the weekends. If you’re in the downtown loop without a dedicated driver, forget it you’ll never get your package's.

Horrible awful and useless.
They are open 9: 30-10: 30 and then 3-5. All this because the shipper forgot the unit number. Oh and it was supposed to be here last Friday, then Monday. Then they decided the address was an issue Tuesday. Guy on Tuesday said it was fixed and I'd get it today. No package. Call again and now they say they can't fix the address. But I can go in with id during the 3 hours they are open.
Thanks so much for being useless.
Never ever will I use ups if I can.

Worst delivery service ever.
The driver never knocks to let us know he's there, he just sticks the note on our door and leaves. I know this cause half the time he does this, someone is home, then we walk out only to see a note, never knowing that he was ever there. The one time I tried to complain about it at the facility, the lady I talked to (can't remember her name it's been a while) was really rude. (shaking her head at me and near the end of the interaction sai, "I don't want to deal with you, " and clearly this didn't resolve th issue at all cause this driver has continued to do this several time regardless if someone is home or not. The package I was supposed to get yesterday was my sis replacement phone which she needs cause hers is almost complete3nly unusable. (2nd time from this sender and I was home both times) if I had a choice in who my stuff was shipped through, it would never be ups. I'm sick of having to wast my time and gas for a package that should've been deliver a day prior. (I live in an apartment and I did tell the lady that drivers could just leave packages in the main office.) If I had a choice in who delivers my packages from these places, it would never be ups.
TLDR: drivers don't knock, the just stick a note and leave, so I have to drive to the UPS store the next day and the manager I spoke to about this was very rude.

5 times my package gets shipped to the wrong address. My house number is plain as day and they cant seem to find it whatever these drivers are smoking i want some. Also my personal hell would be an eternity stuck on the phone with the ups customer support robot. On top of being mostly useless, if you ask to talk to a human it says no then hangs up on you.seriously bro? If you ever see ups is your package courier, immediately recite the Lords prayer

UPS in Springfield is awful. If I could give them no I would. They deliver a package to my apartment when I was not home. After I called the call center and explained I work and not at my house from 7am until 5: 30pm. The UPS call center said they would tell that to the delivery department. The local UPS said they never received anything from the call center. I even downloaded the app and explained about my work schedule. They suggested I come get the item at their Hub in Springfield. I paid for shipping. I do not use UPS and try not to purchase items where UPS delivers. Please be very careful with this. I have informed yhe seller about my money back and let them know to get their shipping refunded. I really do no like UPS.

UPS is terrible and they know nothing about customer service! A certain driver that has us on his route, decided he was never going to deliver to our house. We had to drive 42 miles (both ways), to get our frozen dog food ever since July 8th, and still going on. 1 box each month. His excuses were because of the bad weather, a bad dog next door and we were not home. I always stayed home when they said it was going to be delivered and it never has been. The boy doesn't even know us. Fellow worker said he has 10 customers he refuses to deliver to. And he is protected by the union so UPS REfuses to even slap his hands.

In & out in less than 1 minute! Amazon return - walked in, they scanned my phone for return info, printed a receipt, and I was on my way. Great!

Tried calling regarding a pkg to be delivered tomorrow I will be at work. Must have a signature. I get a recording every time. This is the worst experience. My heart dropped when I saw this was shipped UPS. Do something about the lousy service!
