Had to end up having car towed in due to check engine light randomly coming on; car then wouldn't even turn on again once turned off. I advised U. S. Automotive what was thought to be wrong from having checked out at O' Reilly. 3 days later car was working like new again and also advised of other things to have fixed soon for car maintenance as well as recall info that came out in past.

These guy's always take care of you and make sure to get done in the most expediant way. I'll continue coming back any time I have car issues.

Went in for an oil change, walked out paying over $2000 for repairs. Needed to be done but was surprised by the high price tag.

Had no problems getting an appointment set up or getting my vehicle into the shop. Everyone was professional and polite while also getting my vehicle taken care of.

This is a follow up to a previous review. I originally took my Jeep in to US Automotive for overheating issues. After US Auto keeping my jeep almost a month and me paying thousands of dollars for a head gaske. I was told it was fixed. I had to bring it back to them a week later for the same overheating issues. However, this time I was told my radiator was bad and needed a new one. I was told it would be another thousand. I declined there offer and bought a new thermostat from Autozone. I put it in myself, and no more overheating issues. They even charged me another $70 to tell me my radiator was bad when it was the thermostat, a thermostat which they said they replaced. Not good business.

Called needing to schedule an inspection, was able to get in next day, very quick and professional with no issues. Highly recommend

Mike did a great job telling me the steps they would take on my Escape to find the problem. He also told me up front the the labor costs per hour, which most places don't do. I will be back, thank you.

Terry is a well respected guy. I will always take my vehicles to his shop. I even take all of my work vehicles to him.

I brought my car in for timing belt. This was for maintenance purposes. It actually also had a leak which stretched the timing belt. They were able to get it done. It took 4 days. Which was ok since I had something else I could drive. Last Wednesday the gentleman who brought the car in for me passed away. Missy or Misty was extreme my nice about the situation as I was an emotional wreck. The car seems to be running fine now. Thank God I didn't need a new engine.

Replaced my fuel pump, ended up needing a crankshaft sensor. All the expensive diagnostic tests I paid for didn't even diagnose my problem. Terry, the worker at the front desk will act very humble and nice to you until you have a problem, then he will very aggressively try to shoot down anything you say and negate any fault to himself. Wolf in sheep's clothing. Avoid them. They charge more than most. The least they could do is be right.

These guys were very professional and let me know of all things that needed to be fixed, before fixing them. Very good work
