Terrible experience here they are slow and when I wanted to cash a check they were going to charge me 7 dollars. Something wrong with these people's heads

I am truly disappointed I recently relocated from Alabama and had all my documents and business license and he asked me a few questions like am I in school I said yes and he said it was impossible to own a business and be out of state and do online virtual schooling through Wallace state community collage I was trying to open a basic checking account “not a student account” and also a new business account since I’m traveling more now. The way I got treated in this branch today was disrespectful and Unprofessional…
I was told I had to leave his financial institution because my story didn’t add up but he refused to look at my business license and insurance and ein# and I gave him valid id and my passport that’s more than enough information. Just went to Wells Fargo and they opened my account no issues. Needs a better bank manager for sure the medium sized dude with brown hair and glasses shouldn’t be working around customer service feild because he can’t help customers he’s to busy trying to get off work to even look into the situation. I’m 20 years old and entrepreneur with multiple trades you really shouldnt assume I’m committing fraud or giving out false information without checking the paper work first

I have tried to call the Forum branch on multiple occasions because that is what I was instructed to do by someone when I called the 800 number and there is never an answer and no option to leave a message. I am in the middle of trying to resolve a fraudulent charge and need to speak to someone other than the 800 number. I was told that they had canceled my debit card and issued me a new one but somehow that was not the case and the said fraudulent charge got charged on a "closed" card. Someone PLEASE tell me who dropped the ball! I am in desperate need of speaking with someone from the Forum branch but it doesn't look like that will happen anytime soon!

Honestly for the longest time I never had any issues out of this bank. But recently I was in a fraud situation, I ended up cashing a fraudulent check on accident. I thought I was getting a new job etc.when I call and talk to someone on the phone they’re always SUPER nice. But today when I called to actually talk to the branch manager he was so rude. I understand that yes I cashed the check BUT I had no idea it was fraudulent and to be fair it was almost a $4,000 check, the bank itself should have caught it immediately and flagged it and let me know. But instead they’re putting all of my accounts on hold and not letting me have access to any of my own money that I’ve had in there before all of this. James pretty much said “well you’re the one that cashed the check so you have to wait” I understand that but it was the way he said it. Fraud can happen to anyone. Especially when you’re a single mother trying to find any job you can to make ends meet. ANYWAYS once this is all over I’m definitely switching to a different bank. I don’t recommend using US Bank, or talking to anyone at this location. It’s definitely been a terrible experience.

Mexico branch absolutely worst bank ive ever been to. Horrible service. Horrible attitudes. All around worst bank period. Would avoid if can help it.

The people working there were super nice and even though the lobby was closed, they were still more than happy to do things you normally go in for at the window.

Slow.slow drive thru. Other locations were not any better. This was first stop. No luck. Took over an hour to deposit a check.
