U.S. Bank Branch, Warrensburg MO

I noticed every bank on Maguire st Warrensburg mo at least their drive-through is open till 530 pm. I still don’t get it till this day what is so special about US Bank that cannot stay open with the rest of the competition that’s why I close my account last time I know I don’t mean much about what I say about you guys your hours are worthless for business

Nathan at this branch was so helpful today! I deal with a lot of cash with my job and I needed small bills for all of my big bills. I was worried that they wouldn't have enough cash in their reserve, but they did! It helped me immensely and they even took my handful of coins! Super helpful and great customer service. I will be going here from now on!

Called today to ask about returning an overdraft fee. The teller Kelly, lacks basic customer services skills. “Yes I can assist you, give me a moment while i Review your account” instead I kept getting awkward silence. Not to mention! She kept talking over me! As a customer and someone who works in customer service I don’t appreciate being talked over. Don’t get wrong, I got the overdraft returned, but please train this woman on how to handle customer calls, or keep her OFF the phones!
