4Don't ever deposit your money in the ATM at this branch-you will lose it! I deposited $26 last week and a receipt spat out saying that the ATM malfunctioned and was unable to credit me my money even though they took it all. One week later, it still is missing from my account despite calling them.
Twice now during the Covid 19 virus, I have needed a bank signature on a State Farm claim check. Both times everyone at the bank, specifically Fran, have been super helpful and very conscious of keeping employees and customers safe. Thank you for helping me!
I don't write many reviews, but I have received nothing but excellent service from Winston at this location over the past year. I had a family member who was diagnosed with a terminal illness, and Winston was always available to address our needs even through the Covid-19 quarantine. Since their passing he has been remained helpful to us in handling all of our needs.
They made closing on my home extremely difficult. Abigail Spaulding was rude, and apparently has had zero experience in handling remote closings. I will not go back to this branch for loans or banking.
