The lobby was not open during posted business hours three days in the same week. Drive up was open
Rude experience. No help, just wanted to tell me what she couldn’t do rather than trying to help me fix my problem.
Everyone that works here is nice but it is SO SLOW! It takes forever to get service in the drive thru.
You guys need to hire people that know how to deal with customers services. Just went in first of all the cashiers ignored us including the woman sitting on the front desk because they were to busy talking to some guy about Christmas after abut 5 min of standing there the women front desk believe her name was MAGAN was very rude acting like it was an inconvenience to help us.

Not too horrible as far as wait time for my transaction. I was able to get done what needed done.
I have never been to a slower drive-thru bank in my entire life. I do not even bank here, I just have to deposit my rent through this bank to my landlord and it takes over thirty minutes when there are hardly any cars there. I don’t know if they need more employees or what, but something needs fixed. Terrible.
Terrible service and continue to have reduced hours which only makes them busier and give worse service than normal
This bank has absolutely the slowest drive-thru service of any bank I've ever been too! The only reason I have to endure this terribly slow service, is because it's my employer's bank (of choice). I guess I get paid for sitting in my car for 30-45 minutes (daily) doing nothing though, so. I can't get too upset about it. Their lobby is still not open (as of 11/2020) - due to COVID-19.
Was told they do western union for customers. I had a refund I needed to cash from western and lady gave me an attitude and said “were not going to open an account just for you to do a transaction”
Never coming to this bank again, I came in around Christmas to withdraw money from my card. The bank teller with dark hair and a face that looks like it was drawn on by an etch and sketch Insulted me verbally by referring to me as the "Creep" right in front of me, not sure what I did to deserve that. I come in, get my money, and leave. People like that should not be doing jobs that requires communication with people. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
