I love us bank ive been banking with them since i could have a bank account on my own. But when I came in here to refinance my car I worked with Tawana and she gave wrong information. When I spoke with her on the phone she told me my payments would come out on the 10th but they come out on the 27th. I did resolve this with someone else but i shouldn’t have to. Then she asks me a second time about a credit card being pushy after i said no already.so i ask a few questions and its a credit card thats interest free for 21 months and i can transfer another credit card balance in order to save myself the extra interest. So i ask some questions after i decline and realize it would be great if i could transfer my other us bank credit card to this new one so i am not accruing interest. The whole time im being told i can transfer the balance from ANY credit card. I apply and i let her know i want to transfer my us bank card. She tells me they cant do that and that it has to be another company. That would have been great information to know before you ran my credit and assumed that i had other credit card. So now i have another credit card that is not benefiting me in anyway. If you are going to be selling things like this then maybe your workers should be making sure they are giving out the correct details. I will never be back at this location.

I am new to Ballwin and asked for a bank reference to open a new Checking account. US bank was suggested to me and I drove to the nearest branch at the Twin Oaks Schnuks Office. Without making an appointment. I was promptly greeted by the Branch Manager Mohamednasr Alashari who answered all of my questions with no hesitation and had my new Checking account up and running in a few moments. He showed me how to set it up and use it's features. He even went so far as to give me a temporary debit card that I could use in Schnuks to do some shopping. He also expedited my permanent debit card to arrive in 4-6 days. I received it 3 days later via UPS. What a Great experience. Can't say enough about Ballwin so far and USbank. Awful place every transaction they are unwelcoming starting by letting others who are regulars go in line ahead of you. If you don’t come clean and we’ll dressed you will not be given respect in conversation, so if your just getting off work and want someone to treat you negatively and waste your time come here.

Your gift cards suck, we get them every year for Christmas and they don't work for online purchases. The card says it's accepted everywhere visa is accepted but that's not true. Because you have to have a billing address for online purchases and a name on the card. I've never had an issue using visa gift cards when purchased from Walmart, they have always been accepted online.
