Horrible customer service! I wanted to open a business checking account and they won't return my calls. I've had a business account with them for years and they won't even give me the time of day.

Got there at 9 am when they opened was told I’d have to wait 10 minutes. At 9: 45 no one had come up to me or spoken to me. I suggest using a different branch.

No auto respond, opening a joint savings account is absolutely not something you can do online.

The drive through teller on Glenstone is the absolute worse. I can not believe the wait. It is to say the least a great way to trigger a persons frustration and anger. Never should it take a half hour with one car ahead of you or even several. I am encouraging my spouse to dump that bank.

This bank sucks. Called three times and no one would answer. Such a joke. What’s the point of even having this location if no one will answer the phone.

Never enough tellers helping people, long lines and waiting times, closing my account as I assume they don't want my business

Never have enough tellers. I spent my entire lunch break in the drive through.only 2 cars in the drive through ahead of me, only 1 teller working and took FOREVER just to deposit a check. It's like this every time I come here. Last time their lobby was closed and you had no choice but to use drive thru which by the looks was the case again.
STOP WITH THE GENERIC REPLY. When you're depositing into someone else's account, you CANNOT use online, ATM, or other "automated" options. How about you actually take all of these negative reviews, and DO SOMETHING like: properly staff your location, TRAIN your employees to be more efficient, CONSOLIDATE into fewer locations with more employees in one office instead of 1 employees in 4 locations, etc. There are options. But having a half hour plus wait at a drive thru on a NOT busy day is unacceptable.and generic, phony apologies are not the solution.

Used to be a good bank with good customer service. Now you need to make an appointment to see anyone inside the branch and when using the drive thru window the teller ignored what I said.
