We recently had occasion to seek out services at US Cellular in Mountain View Missouri. Emilee White, an employee there, greeted us warmly and professionally. The manager and an associate of the Mountain View, Mo store went above and beyond to help me with issues I was having with my phone. I was unable to call or text my parents in a different state. I was having some other issues as well. They checked my phone and my service and found no problems there. They ended up calling my mom and walked her through sharing her screen with them and discovered she had accidentally blocked several members of our family. They walked her through unblocking all of us. They didn't have to do that but seemed happy to help. I recommend this location 100%!
If you are looking for great customer service go talk to Zach! He has gone above and beyond to make our experience easy and understandable. He’s quick to answer any and all questions we have had. We recently purchased a home internet line through him, as I work at home, internet speed and availability is an essential thing in our home. He reached out to make sure it was meeting all of our needs. We also purchased the new IPhone 13’s, he worked with us every way possible to make sure we got exactly what version and size fit us and our needs/wants.
