Love love love my teas and meal replacement shakes. ALWAYS get great service when I go in have not met any worker that hasn’t known the answer to my questions or that hasn’t been way more then just nice to me. Would totally recommend you go support this great local shop!

Valley nutrition is the best way to start your day. A shake, tea and aloe shot will give you energy for the whole day without the caffeine crash. With school starting it’s a great time to grab a tea before first period. All of the Healthy Bartenders there take good care of their customers. Love Valley Nutrition.

I was excited to try something new in my area and use a coupon card at Valley Nutrition to get a free smoothie/shake and I thank god that it was free… because I just ordered the triple berry smoothie and unfortunately it is nothing like a smoothie. I watched them fill my cup with very little fruit and then dump powder. It has the consistency of cake batter and it tastes like cake batter. Very dissatisfied only took two sips.

Absolutely wonderful shakes, teas, etc. These ladies are great. Thanks for opening up. Hope you have many good days. Good place to find a light meal or shake. All kinds, so many options. Support small businesses!

This place is totally worth it. Super yummy and healthy! Destiny, Vanessa and Dakota are knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend the Carmel macchiato shake, forever younger tea, and check in for a protein ball!

I have been to Valley Nutrition multiple times and they are AMAZING! When reading the two negative reviews that were left, made me laugh. First off when things look and sound so good and unhealthy we need to ask questions in life to learn. Making a comment on a Health Nutrition club saying the drinks are not healthy is crazy when one meal replacement is only 250 cal. These drinks are made up with sugar free contents and taste just the best shake you have had! The staff is really nice and when it gets busy, sometimes you have to wait. They are more than welcome to answer any questions. This is a new business in town and we all should support the good drinks they are offering and support. Much love for Valley Nutrition and how GREAT Herbalife makes me feel when having it!

Your menu is super confusing, all of the drinks look more like sugary shakes than health drinks, and there is no nutritional information on the menu to convince me this is indeed a health store.

I went there and the owner was rude and acted like I was stupid for not understanding her menu. Which made no sense. She also has products labeled as tea but when I asked she informed me there was no tea in it. The menu is impossible to read and the features "healthy drinks" that really are just full of sugar. If you are trying to be healthy this should be you last choice.
