Valley Park Welding

Took a part in to ask about a couple tack welds and they acted like I was a problem in trying to give them business so they quoted it super high and got ignorant for the way the office lady had told me to pull the vehicle up and was huffing and puffing and just super disrespectful. I do not recommend this place whatsoever there is region welding in Union Missouri yes it is a little bit further out west past six flags but I promise the customer care service and satisfaction is far higher than all the ignorant disrespectful people there. No way do they deserve anybody's money or business.

Dustin does great work and the customer service was the best I’ve ever seen. Will be a repeated customer and reference for anyone looking for any welding needs. Top notch!

I came in the door. There were two people there behind the plastic protection. I stood there for a few minutes feeling completely stupid and ignored. Finally the woman asked if I needed help. I explained the simple job I wanted done. She said it would take at least a month. I said okay. She then proceeded to tell me how busy they are. I said forget it and left.

They said they new how to operate a boom lift and I get the truck back and they broke the safety strap, could have damaged our boom. They started working on it before they even got back to me with a price.

Dustin was such a great people person/ professional! He took care of my Family truck in time of need. He took time away from his family at night to come take care of my grandpa’s truck. He will always be me and my family’s 1st call when difficult issues arise. Thank you Dustin! I urge you to use Valley Park Welding because they care about their community and it shows!

What can I say, I had to have some rail work done, Dustin came out in a day gave me a quote. The guys came within the next couple of days did the job. They very professional, they did good clean work, I was very impressed with the guys at VP Welding I would use the again I would recommend them to others

Dustin and his team are wonderful to work with and always willing to help our customers out with their outstanding work for welding. We will diffidently use them again.
