Valvoline Instant Oil Change, St. Louis MO

Nice and fast, but for the 2nd time at a Valvoline, I can tell that they didn't actually fill or rotate my tires. I have the PSI of every individual tire on display in my car and the last two times I have left a Valvoline including this one (after I was supposedly got a tire change) the PSI number pattern that was off by one or two on each tire when I pulled in exactly matched the new PSI pattern of each tire when I pulled out. I was distracted this time thinking that it was a fluke at the last Valvoline, but from now on I guess I will pay attention to every single thing that they do on my car. Please tell your employees that you can easily track when they're not doing things like this.

I went to this Valvoline location for an oil change around 2 months ago. All seemed to be in order at the time, but I recently learned that the incorrect oil filter was installed. The result of this was a broken oil filter holder as well as an oil leak. It cost $500 to repair this damage. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.

I wish I knew about this place years ago. They get you in and out and you don’t even have to get out your car and wait hours and hours like you would at any other dealership. They always very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place. They gain a new customer. I will definitely be telling friends and family about this place. Thank you V. I. O. C.

Fast, thorough, fair-priced, service. There was only the car in the bay in front of me when I arrived. I was greeted by a tech. The tech gave an accurate estimate of my short wait time. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I went today, 10.28.22 to get an oil change and I had an ESC light notification come on after my visit. I called Cheby roadside and also OnStar to do a diagnostic since they can do it over the phone and they told me what the light was but also that I needed an oil change and my oil life was reading 14%. I found that to be peculiar because this morning before the oil change it was reading 16% and now it is at 14% after I paid almost 90.00 for an oil change. I call and speak to Steven and ask for a manager. He transferred me to Matt, a manager, Matt tells me my oil change had nothing to do with the ESC light and they don't touch the transmission or tires. When I point out they put air in the tires, then he shifts and says he didn't say that. Then he tells me that they forgot to reset the oil light or gauge-I cannot remember which one and he can tell me how to do it. I point out that the receipt says that they checked and reset it and he says that they don't always do what they say they have done on the receipt. He then told me that I can come back by to have it done at my convenience. Not only is gas expensive, I work every day but Sunday and I have to now a special trip to have something completed that I already paid to have completed. So, I am sorry to say they have lost my business.

Always a great experience, the crew is very friendly and knowledgeable. They don't push to buy extras. They get me in and out quickly. I won't go anywhere else for an oil change.

I can't believe I have been wasting so much time getting my oil changed at the dealership. This was so fast and easy! I could not believe it. I would have to wait 2 hours at the dealership with an appointment (that was hard to get and never a convenient time). I just pulled right in and was out in like 10 minutes. Great service. Highly recommend!

No SAFETY AND EMISSIONS TESTING DONE ON SUNDAYS AT ANY LOCATION! This needs to be posted on a sign outside or on the website before customers show up!

All the staff is super nice.they don’t pressure you into buying additional services.i waited less than an hour and it was probably 4 cars in front of me! 10/10 would recommend.

Great service from this Valvoline. The Assistant Manager, Matt, was helpful beyond measure and his team quickly got me in amd out with a smile on my face.
I dont give many 5 stars but this one is deserved for sure!
