Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Belton MO

Excessively long wait! I didn't realize I was behind a fleet vehicle so I watched car after car go thru the other bays while I waited for over hour and half!

Waited in line for over an hour while employees walked around doing nothing. 30 minutes to get the oil changed then they had to poll each other to see who knew how to use the lift to rotate tires. If this wasn't a fleet car I would NEVER come here again I wouldn't recommend anyone come here unless they have at least 2 hours to spare. I am well into the 2nd hour and we still don't have the vehicle lifted to rotate the tires

My favorite Valvoline I've been going here for at least 4 years now. I won't go anywhere else.

This location was quite busy when I visited this afternoon, but the technicians working Bay 2 were worth the wait! They were friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy about upselling their services. I normally dread maintenance appointments due to previous encounters with aggressive mechanics, but there was absolutely none of that today- easily the best service experience I can recall. Thank you to the mid-afternoon Bay 2 staff for making this so painless for me!

The employees are very nice but messed up in a huge way. I went to get my oil changed.they started touching my battery and I do not know why. What ended up happening was they messed up something on my battery and my car ended up shutting off completely and locking up right in the middle of a very busy intersection and it was terrifying.

Too slow, I waited 45 minutes to move one spot. If this was my shop I'd have it down to half that time. Service writers are probably spending all that time upselling. I recommend taking Chick fil A approach and have a roaming tablet taking orders in the driveway, then pre-stage the work in the bay. Sadly, service industries are lagging. Please pay your people better to incentive higher performance. Raise your prices for a premium oil change (Im fine paying more) but time is a precious resource, I'm not wasting mine (except to write this review).

Go to Culver's, Chick fil A, look at their customer service models.astounding. Don't be like McDonald's and strand your staff without the tools and see how they fare.

They work quickly and always treat me very professionally. Just need to try to find non busy times to show up.

Wanted to price an oil change and transmission oil change. They even offered discounts of 20 percent off.

They always do a great job. Customer service is always on point compared to other locations.

Waited in line for about an hour. They had lots of cars ahead of me so I understand that in part. BUT, they had at least 4-5 people working and only one person working on the cars. It was totally ridiculous. I got out of the line because the employees were just kind of walking and standing around not doing anything.

I have only been to this one once, and I had a great experience, I have been taking my car to valvoline for awhile now, and have always had a good experience, I appreciate you all!

I should have gotten the hint when there was 3 employees bent over my hood arguing over which cap was the oil cap… they didn’t check either batteries, didn’t set tire pressure, left part of oil filter gasket so I’ve been dripping diesel oil in every driveway for a week. I also supplied my own oil and instead of giving me back the extra 1 quart they said they “put it all in”. Not happy at all. I always do my own oil changes and now I see why.

I would not recommend this location. They have always been slow. But now it’s even worse. Their sign says oil change in about 15 minutes, what a joke. I waited in line for almost an hour before finally giving up.

First time to have used them. Excellent service in my opinion. Will be using again in the future!
