Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Festus MO

The service technicians did a wonderful job of servicing my car. I also found a 50% off coupon which was an added bonus! I would highly recommend Valvoline in Festus. The guys are great!

Where to begin.well, the tech couldn't figure out how to pull the hood latch for a while, then all 5 worked on getting my oil filter back in place for about 20 minutes. They forgot to install the brake light that was/is out. I had to ask them to check my tires.they forgot lol. All this for $123.00. I have always appreciated the convenience but, I won't be going back. I will gladly take my business elsewhere for piece of mind that the job is getting done right.

The staff was friendly and professional. I had oil change, tire rotation and battery replaced all within 30 minutes. There was no pressure to add on additional services like other quick change places.

In and out in less than fifteen minutes. Excellent work, amazing customer service, and a convenient location make this a go to spot for your oil change. Check Groupon or their website for great savings.

Super nice guys, but I got an oil change the day before leaving for a road trip and they seem to have improperly bolted my bottom engine cover/splash guard. On my drive to work later that day, I saw that it was almost completely detached. It’s the weekend, so body shops have limited hours. This has delayed the only vacation I will be getting this year. Not cool.

Pretty quick service, probably only took 20 min. Rating a 4 because I could not find any pricing before pulling in, online or the shop. Went in for a full synthetic oil change and was quoted 100 bucks, I can usually pull one of these off for around 50 dollars for less than 5 qts on a 4 cylinder, but it's my fault and waited till the last minute and needed to get in quick. Other than that the employees where fast, and friendly. They even told me I had a headlight out and needed a new air filter, and offered to replace them. I'm cheap and it's and easy fix, so I went next door and bought and replaced them.

Good and fast service, but have to say a little expensive. Almost 100 dollars for a device I get for 60 at Purcell

Oil drain plug got stripped due to my backyard mechanic skills. Nick and the guys at valvoline were super professional, quick and thorough.

I stopped in for an oil change and new wipers because the dealership couldn't get me in anytime soon that worked with my schedule. They were great! They were out of my filter but quickly ran up the road and got one. They were also out of my wipers. But supply is limited these days so I understood. They gave me 25% discount for the inconvenience. They were all very professional and courteous!

Did not have washer fluid. Did not check air filter as requested until reminded. Then did not have air filter to install. Took 45 minutes. I know why they're not called Jiffy lube.

Wonderful! Friendly techs. Went above and beyond my expectations when he was able to read my check engine light code that I was planning after my oil change.

Do not recommend going here if they cause any damage they are unwillingly to work with you and caused my engine to blow up on I-55 due to the wrong oil filter being put in and did not issue a rental car or anything and only offered to put a engine with 150000 miles to replace damages ignored all calls and did not give us any info to help and the only time they wanted to help is when we brought up getting a attorney and I’ve missed several doctors appointments and 70 hours of work and they did not care about it at all terrible service

They do great quick work! They accept competitors coupons. We were in and out and go to stay in the vehicles the entire time. I will be back!
