Vance Station, Valley Park MO

I have been staying here for 2 years. Our current property manager has been such a gem. Each and every time I call she brightens up my day and answer my questions. This property Manager at this location has been amazing along with having a very nice apartment Thank you so much

We moved here in 2021, the property manager was great in taking care of us! Couldn’t be more happy with this community, quiet, safe and beautiful!

Caught the office in a lie. They like to just barge in. Their lawyer says they do not accept payment plans but they will allow it just to not get harassed so if anyone got denied payment plans for being late its a personal choice on the property manager. The lawyer called and asked them if it was ok even though the company does not allow it. The courts can prove that as well since he made that claim and call in the court room. Has the audacity to try and strong arm me like I don't know the laws and such.

We’ve been in 3 rentals homes and this one is our favorite! Clean and quiet neighborhood, and it’s also right next to the police station!

If you are looking for a quiet, clean, and modern apartment then look no further. These apartments are gorgeous. They are condo style with 9ft ceilings and more modern finishings. The community is very dog friendly, and Brian the maintenance guy is great.
The only downside is the lack of amenities. If you are looking for a complex with lots of activity (happy hours etc.) then you probably should look elsewhere.

I have lived at Vance Station for almost 4 years, and I have loved every minute of it! My apartment is modern, clean, and roomy. The entire team at Vance Station is welcoming and prompt with fixing any issues. I have never had to wait longer than 2 days to have a matience request filled, and they contact us right away to let us know what’s going on with it if it may be longer. I really love living here!

I absolutely love it here at Vance Station. This will be my 3rd year leasing! The staff is amazing and very responsive to any issues or concerns. These homes are very well updated and have very easy access to the major highway! I would recommend anyone to come take a look at these beautiful apartments!

My experience at Vance station has been nothing short of amazing! I love my apartment. Everyone in the office is super sweet and accommodating they really made me feel at home. Special shout out to precious the property manager for being patient and understanding! I would reccomend Vance station to anyone looking to move to the valley park area

Vance Station is an awesome community. Great neighbors, safe location, plenty of entertainment nearby, and easy access to highway 141 and I-44. The staff is dialed in as well. Precious, the Leasing Manager, always has a smile on her face and is in good spirits. She keeps you updated on everything going on at the property and always makes herself available for any questions I might have. Brian, the Maintenance Manager, is on point too. He keeps the grounds looking good and responds promptly and efficiently in the rare occasion a maintenance issue does pop up. They both form a solid team and make this a wonderful community to be a part of.

This property is simply unmatched. Additionally, Precious in the leasing office was very attentive, personable, and welcoming!

The rooms are spacious in this apartment. I like facing the back where the creek runs with all the trees. The staff is friendly and helpful. Brian is the best!

Great place to call home! On-site manager and maintenance supervisor ensures that needs can be addressed quickly. Maintenance requests can be completed 24/7 via app or in person during office hours and are typically completed the same day or the next business day (emergencies are responded to immediately any time). Grounds are kept clean with maintained landscaping. Manager Jalisa and maintenance supervisor Mike are very friendly and professional. We are fortunate to have a unit with a balcony that faces Vance Trails Park and Fishpot Creek and enjoy visits from our deer family throughout the day. We have also seen 20 different types of backyard birds, wild turkeys, and coyotes. Great place to live if you like nature! Neighbors are diverse, quiet, and friendly.

Precious made this whole process very straightforward and hassle free. She explained everything thoroughly and kept in contact with me the whole time. 10/10 would recommend!

Jalissa has made my entire move in process so easy! From me walking in one day after a dentist appointment to just look, and then I ended up applying the following day! The apartments are so luxurious in an affordable way! Especially in our current housing market. There was a small hiccup but she had a backup plan already in motion! 10/10 recommend coming and checking it out!

Vance Station has been great to me. Jalissa in the office was able to fix any issue that I had and really went above and beyond with her customer service. I highly recommend living here as they make it feel like home and will solve any issue that arises in timely manner while always being friendly.

Horrible apartments, strongly recommend not to take for rent here. There's a false alarms going on in the building, this is the third time it happened, maintenance never took care of it. We need to run out of building in the middle of the night. Wasting our time and public services. Horrible experience.
